Worship God in Spirit and Truth You can not come before God with anything you are nothing Spirit You can not come before God with anything you are nothing Spirit Body and Soul Narrow Gate & Path Key points about these verses: Nature of God: John 4:24 establishes that God is a Spirit, requiring spiritual worship. Guidance and Strength: Romans 8:26 highlights the Holy Spirit's role in assisting believers in prayer, even when they don't know what to ask for. Living a Christian Life: Galatians 5:16 encourages walking in the Spirit to resist fleshly desires. Respecting the Holy Spirit: Ephesians 4:30 warns against grieving the Holy Spirit, implying His personhood. Teaching and Remembrance: John 14:26 describes the Holy Spirit as the "Helper" who will teach and remind believers of Jesus' words. Spiritual sacrifices Do justice Do kindness and walk humbly with your God A broken spirit A broken and contrite heart Lear to do good Seek justice Defend the orphan Plead for the widow Love your neighbor as yourself The verse "Draw near to God and he will draw to you" is found in James 4:8 It is a promise highlighting that when individuals take steps to pursue a relationship with God—through prayer, repentance, and repentance—He responds by drawing near to them, offering intimacy, grace, and presence. Romans 10:10 states: "For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved." This verse highlights that salvation involves internal faith in Yeshua resurrection and external confession of Him as Lord, marking a move from legalism to grace. . Key Interpretations of Romans 10:10: Internal and External: It unites internal transformation with external testimony. Heart Belief (Justification): Faith in the heart refers to true, internal trust in God, which makes a person righteous (justified) in God’s sight. Mouth Confession (Salvation): Openly declaring that Jesus is Lord is the outward expression of that internal faith, leading to the assurance of salvation. Role of Grace: This verse underscores that salvation is a gift from God based on faith, not by works or personal performance The Absolute Requirement Romans 8:9 “If anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Him ” This is not a suggestion. It is a clear dividing line. E zekiel 36:27“I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will keep My judgments and do them. ” The Holy Spirit was never given so we could continue living however we want. His primary work is to empower and cause us to obey the Father’s Torah.1 John 3:24“Now he who keeps His commandments abides in Him, and He in him. And by this we know that He abides in us, by the Spirit whom He has given us.”You can only have confidence that the Spirit of God truly lives in you if you are actively keeping His commandments. Acts 5:32“And we are His witnesses to these things, and so also is the Holy Spirit whom God has given to those who obey Him.”God does not give His Holy Spirit to the rebellious or the lawless. He gives the Spirit to those who obey Him The Primary Test from Scripture 1. Do you belong to Yeshua? (The foundational test) Romans 8:9 “But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His.” If you truly belong to Yeshua (you have repented and trusted in Him), then you have the Spirit. But the next verses show how we can know it is real. 2. Is the Spirit causing you to obey God’s commandments? Ezekiel 36:27 “I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will keep My judgments and do them.” This is one of the clearest promises in the New Covenant. The Holy Spirit’s job is not just to make us feel saved — He causes obedience to the Father’s Torah (statutes and judgments). 3. Do you keep His commandments? 1 John 3:24 “Now he who keeps His commandments abides in Him, and He in him. And by this we know that He abides in us, by the Spirit whom He has given us.” John says this is how we know the Spirit is in us — by a lifestyle of keeping God’s commandments. 4. Has God given you the Spirit because you obey Him? Acts 5:32 “And we are His witnesses to these things, and so also is the Holy Spirit whom God has given to those who obey Him.” Obedience and the presence of the Spirit go together. God does not give His Spirit to those who persist in rebellion and lawlessness. Additional Evidences (Supporting Signs) While obedience is the clearest biblical test, other signs often appear when the Spirit is truly at work: The fruit of the Spirit growing in your life: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23). A deepening love for God, His Word, and His ways. Conviction of sin when you disobey (the Spirit will not let you stay comfortable in sin). A desire and growing ability to walk in holiness rather than the desires of the flesh. A Straightforward Answer You can know you have the Spirit of Christ if: You truly belong to Yeshua, and Your life is marked by a real, growing obedience to the Father’s commandments (not perfect sinlessness, but a clear direction away from lawlessness and toward holiness). If someone claims to have the Spirit but continues living in open rebellion against God’s Torah with no conviction or desire to change, the Bible says that is a serious warning sign (see also 1 John 2:3-6 and Matthew 7:21-23). The Final Verdict To truly “belong to Him” is to be born again — not just in words, but with a total change of identity. You are transferred from the family of rebels on the Broad Way into the family of obedient sons and daughters on the Narrow Path. Here is the sobering test: If the Holy Spirit is not causing you to walk in the Father’s Torah — His statutes and judgments — then you are still ruling your own life. You may boast that you are “free” from the Law, but in reality you are “free” from the King’s authority, “free” from His protection, and outside the gates of the New Jerusalem. Yeshua warned: “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the Kingdom… but only he who does the will of My Father” (Matthew 7:21). The Process of Being Born Again (Including Baptism) Being born again is a supernatural work of God through His Holy Spirit. It is not earned by human effort, but it follows a clear biblical pattern. Here is the full process: Hearing the Word of God The process begins when a person hears the gospel — the good news that Yeshua the Messiah died for our sins, was buried, and rose again on the third day (1 Corinthians 15:3-4; Romans 10:17). Conviction by the Holy Spirit The Holy Spirit convicts the heart of sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8). The person recognizes their rebellion against God’s Torah and their desperate need for forgiveness and a new heart. Repentance True repentance is a change of mind and direction. You turn away from sin and self-rule (the Broad Way of lawlessness) and turn toward God with a willingness to obey Him (Acts 3:19; Luke 13:3). Faith / Belief in Yeshua You place your full trust in Yeshua as Lord and Savior, believing that His blood cleanses you from all sin and His resurrection gives you new life (Ephesians 2:8-9; John 3:16). The Miracle of New Birth (Regeneration) God sovereignly causes you to be born again by His Spirit. You receive a new heart and a new spirit (Ezekiel 36:26). The Holy Spirit comes to live inside you and begins to cause you to walk in the Father’s statutes and judgments (Ezekiel 36:27; Romans 8:9). Water Baptism – The Outward Act of Obedience After being born again, the next step of obedience is water baptism. Baptism is not what saves you or causes the new birth, but it is the biblical way to publicly identify with Yeshua’s death, burial, and resurrection. “Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Yeshua the Messiah for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.” (Acts 2:38) Baptism is an act of burial (the old rebel life is buried) and resurrection (you rise to walk in newness of life). It is a public declaration: “I no longer belong to myself — I belong to Yeshua and His Kingdom.” Obedience as Ongoing Evidence The Holy Spirit now lives in you and produces fruit. You know the Spirit is truly in you because you keep God’s commandments and walk in His ways (1 John 3:24; Acts 5:32). A. The "Death" of the Old Man Born Again You cannot be "Born Again" until the "Old Man" (the rebel who hates the Sabbath and the Dietary Laws) dies. You must surrender your "opinion" to the King's Truth. The Broad Way: Tries to "add" Jesus to their old, lawless life. The Narrow Path: Buries the old life and rises as a New Creation. B. The "Implantation" of the Seed Peter says we are born again by the Incorruptible Seed of the Word (1 Peter 1:23). The Seed: The Torah (The Father's Instructions). The Growth: When the Spirit plants this seed in your heart, it must produce the Father's fruit. If you are born of a Holy Father, you will produce Holiness (Obedience). C. The "Sealing" (The Passport) The moment the Spirit enters, you are Sealed (Eph 1:13). This is your "Identification" for the New Jerusalem. The Proof: How do you know the "Transaction" happened? Ezekiel 36:27 says the Spirit will cause you to walk in His statutes. If you aren't walking in them, the transaction didn't take place. The Condensed "Born Again" Summary "Being Born Again is the moment you trade your 'Lawless Autonomy' for the King’s 'Spirit-Led Obedience.' It’s when the Holy Spirit moves in, kills the rebel in you, and starts rewriting the Father’s Torah on your heart so you can finally 'Hit the Mark' (Righteousness)." The "Attention-Grabbing" Question "If being Born Again means receiving a New Nature that loves the King’s Ways, then why are you still using your 'Grace' as a reason to keep the same 'Old Nature' that ignores His Sabbath and His Laws?" . The Transformation The New Nature: "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new." — 2 Corinthians 5:17 Spirit and Water: "Unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God." — John 3:5 The Result: Obedience shifts from an external "rule" to an internal "desire," fulfilling the promise that the Law would be written on our hearts (Jeremiah 31:33). The Transformation From Law to Heart: Obedience is no longer a struggle against your nature; it becomes the desire of your new nature. The Public Seal: Baptism serves as the official "crossing over" from the world's kingdom into God's Kingdom. The Result: Your internal spirit and external actions (Truth) finally align, allowing you to worship in a way that is both sincere and grounded in reality.

Who is Mystery Babylon? The Fall of Babylon the Great 1 After these things I saw another angel coming down from heaven, having great authority, and the earth was illuminated with his glory. 2 And he cried mightily with a loud voice, saying, “Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and has become a dwelling place of demons, a prison for every foul spirit, and a cage for every unclean and hated bird! 3 For all the nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth have become rich through the abundance of her luxury.” 4 And I heard another voice from heaven saying, “Come out of her, my people, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues. 5 For her sins have reached heaven, and God has remembered her iniquities. 6 Render to her just as she rendered to you, and repay her double according to her works; in the cup which she has mixed, mix double for her. 7 In the measure that she glorified herself and lived luxuriously, in the same measure give her torment and sorrow; for she says in her heart, ‘I sit as queen, and am no widow, and will not see sorrow.’ 8 Therefore her plagues will come in one day—death and mourning and famine. And she will be utterly burned with fire, for strong is the Lord God who judges her. The World Mourns Babylon’s Fall 9“The kings of the earth who committed fornication and lived luxuriously with her will weep and lament for her, when they see the smoke of her burning, 10standing at a distance for fear of her torment, saying, ‘Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city! For in one hour your judgment has come.’ 11“And the merchants of the earth will weep and mourn over her, for no one buys their merchandise any more: 12merchandise of gold and silver, precious stones and pearls, fine linen and purple, silk and scarlet, every kind of citron wood, every kind of object of ivory, every kind of object of most precious wood, bronze, iron, and marble; 13 and cinnamon and incense, fragrant oil and frankincense, wine and oil, fine flour and wheat, cattle and sheep, horses and chariots, and bodies and souls of men. 14 The fruit that your soul longed for has gone from you, and all the things which are rich and splendid have gone from you, and you shall find them no more at all. 15 The merchants of these things, who became rich by her, will stand at a distance for fear of her torment, weeping and wailing, 16and saying, ‘Alas, alas, that great city that was clothed in fine linen, purple, and scarlet, and adorned with gold and precious stones and pearls! 17 For in one hour such great riches came to nothing.’ Every shipmaster, all who travel by ship, sailors, and as many as trade on the sea, stood at a distance 18 and cried out when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, ‘What is like this great city?’ 19“They threw dust on their heads and cried out, weeping and wailing, and saying, ‘Alas, alas, that great city, in which all who had ships on the sea became rich by her wealth! For in one hour, she is made desolate.’ 20“Rejoice over her, O heaven, and you holy apostles and prophets, for God, has avenged you on her!” Finality of Babylon’s Fall 21 Then a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone and threw it into the sea, saying, “Thus with violence, the great city Babylon shall be thrown down, and shall not be found anymore. 22 The sound of harpists, musicians, flutists, and trumpeters shall not be heard in you anymore. No craftsman of any craft shall be found in you anymore, and the sound of a millstone shall not be heard in you anymore. 23 The light of a lamp shall not shine in you anymore, and the voice of bridegroom and bride shall not be heard in you anymore. For your merchants were the great men of the earth, for by your sorcery all the nations were deceived. 24 And in her was found the blood of prophets and saints, and of all who were slain on the earth.”

The Millennial Kingdom. Mortal humans in the Millennial Kingdom Download Resurrected, glorified Saints. In the Millennial Kingdom Download Yehovah perfect Law Scripture outlines a comprehensive, theocratic legal system that governs the earth during the Millennial Kingdom. The foundational blueprint is that Torah goes forth from Mount Zion under the direct, righteous administration of King Yeshua (Isaiah 2:2–4; Micah 4:1–3). Rather than anarchy or a purely abstract rule, the prophets outline specific international, civil, ceremonial, and dietary statutes that will be kept across the globe. 1. International and Civil Law: Torah from Zion The global legislative and judicial center of the entire earth during the 1,000 years will be Jerusalem: Universal Disarmament and Ban on Warfare: National armies, weapons production, and warfare are legally outlawed across all nations (Isaiah 2:4; Micah 4:3). Weapons are mandated to be beaten into agricultural implements ("swords into plowshares and spears into pruning hooks"). Direct Judicial Verdicts by King Yeshua: International disputes between nations and peoples will no longer be settled through military conflict, treaties, or corrupt tribunals. Yeshua arbitrates and decides controversies between nations with perfect justice, equity, and righteousness (Isaiah 11:3–5). The "Rod of Iron" Enforcement: Open criminal conduct and willful disobedience are met with swift, unyielding divine justice (Psalm 2:9; Revelation 19:15). Prolonged spiritual rebellion among mortals results in immediate physical accountability (Isaiah 65:20: "the sinner being one hundred years old shall be accursed"). 2. Universal Worship and Sacred Calendar Laws Specific religious statutes apply not only to Israel, but to all Gentile nations across the earth: Mandatory Observance of the Feast of Tabernacles (Sukkot): Representatives from every surviving Gentile nation on earth must make an annual pilgrimage to Jerusalem to worship King Yehovah of Hosts and celebrate Sukkot (Zechariah 14:16–19). Penalty for Non-Compliance: Any nation that refuses to go up is struck with severe drought (withholding of rainfall) and plagues until they yield. The Seventh-Day Sabbath (Shabbat) and New Moons (Rosh Chodesh): The weekly Sabbath remains a commanded day of worship when the inner court's East Gate is opened and the people gather (Ezekiel 46:1–3). Isaiah 66:23 confirms global observance: "From one New Moon to another, and from one Sabbath to another, all flesh shall come to worship before Me, says Yehovah." Passover and the Feast of Unleavened Bread: Observed starting on the 14th day of the first month (Nisan) for seven days, with the Prince preparing designated burnt, grain, and sin offerings (Ezekiel 45:21–24). Total Ban on Idolatry and False Religion: Pagan altars, occult practices, false prophets, and idolatry are eradicated globally (Zechariah 13:2; Zechariah 14:9). Yehovah alone is acknowledged as King over all the earth. 3. Priestly, Ceremonial, and Temple Ordinances Ezekiel 40–48 details clear statutes that regulate the Millennial Temple and its ministers: Exclusivity of the Sons of Zadok: Only the priests descending from Zadok are permitted to draw near to Yehovah's altar to minister and offer the fat and the blood (Ezekiel 40:46; 44:15–16). Judicial and Educational Duties of the Priesthood: The priests are legally charged with teaching the people to discern between the holy and the common, and between the clean and the unclean (Ezekiel 44:23). In civil controversies, the priests stand as judges to render decisions based on Yehovah’s judgments (Ezekiel 44:24). Ceremonial Purifications (Kipper): Sacrificial offerings (burnt, peace, sin, and grain) are administered to cleanse physical fixtures (altar, gateposts, sanctuary) from the ceremonial uncleanness of mortal life (Ezekiel 43:18–27; 45:18–20). 4. Dietary and Purity Laws Physical distinctions of purity remain actively enforced among mortals: Clean vs. Unclean Distinctions: Priests explicitly instruct the mortal population on biblical purity and dietary standards (Ezekiel 44:23). Prohibition of Carrion: Priests and worshippers are forbidden from consuming any bird or mammal that dies naturally or is torn by beasts (Ezekiel 44:31). Prohibition of Swine and Abominations: Isaiah 66:17 specifically condemns the eating of swine’s flesh, mice, and unclean creeping things as an abomination before Yehovah. Clean Seafood Harvest: The healed waters of the Dead Sea support net fishing from En Gedi to En Eglaim, producing fish of the same kinds as the Mediterranean Sea (clean fish with fins and scales, Ezekiel 47:9–10). 5. Civil, Economic, and Land Laws Economic righteousness and property protections are enforced under the rule of the Prince: Honest Weights, Measures, and Currency: Standardization of commercial balances is strictly enforced: an honest ephah (dry measure), an honest bath (liquid measure), and an honest shekel without inflation or deceit (Ezekiel 45:10–12). Protection of Private Property: The Prince is expressly prohibited from seizing the people's land or forcing citizens off their family inheritance (Ezekiel 45:8–9; 46:18). Restoration of Tribal Allotments: The boundaries of the twelve tribes of Israel are permanently assigned and protected across the Holy Land (Ezekiel 47:13–48:29). 6. The Internalized Law of the New Covenant For redeemed Israel and the righteous, compliance with Yehovah's law is not mere outward legalism. Under the New Covenant (Jeremiah 31:31–34; Ezekiel 36:26–27), the Holy Spirit gives mortals a new heart and puts Yehovah's laws into their minds, enabling them to walk willingly in His statutes with gladness and peace. Yehovah Sacrifices The mention of animal offerings in the Millennial Temple (Ezekiel 40–48) centers on the holiness of Yehovah and the finished redemption accomplished by Yeshua the Messiah. Because Scripture emphasizes that Yeshua offered one sacrifice for sins forever (Hebrews 10:10–14), these millennial offerings do not provide spiritual or eternal salvation. Instead, the sacrifices described by Ezekiel serve three distinct, harmonious purposes during the 1,000-year reign: 1. Ceremonial Cleansing & Spatial Purification (Ritual Atonement) In Ezekiel, the Hebrew word translated "atonement" is kipper, which fundamentally means to cover, cleanse, or purge. During the Millennium, mortal human beings (who enter the earthly kingdom, marry, have children, and can die; Isaiah 65:20) will live in proximity to the manifest Shekinah glory of Yehovah dwelling visibly on earth: The Absolute Holiness of Yehovah: Yehovah is holy, and His manifest presence cannot dwell among ceremonial uncleanness or the natural contamination of mortal life. Purification of Physical Structures: In Ezekiel 43:20, 26 and Ezekiel 45:18–20, the blood is applied directly to inanimate objects—the horns of the altar, the four corners of the ledge, the doorposts of the Temple, and the gateposts of the inner court. Its purpose is to "cleanse" and "purge" the sacred space. Flesh vs. Spirit: Animal blood under the Old Covenant never removed eternal guilt; it provided outward, ceremonial purity for the flesh (Hebrews 9:13). In the Millennium, it functions as a ritual barrier, preserving the sanctity of Yehovah’s house so that a holy God can dwell among mortal mankind. 2. A Tangible Memorial of the Cross Just as the ancient offerings looked forward to the sacrifice of Yeshua in prophetic anticipation, Millennial sacrifices look backward in solemn commemoration: A Physical Memorial: In the present age, believers observe the Lord’s Supper with bread and the cup in remembrance of Yeshua's broken body and shed blood (1 Corinthians 11:24–26). In the Millennial reign, visible offerings serve a parallel commemorative purpose before the nations. Instruction for Mortal Generations: Billions of mortals will be born during the 1,000 years in a world where Satan is bound and the righteous rule of Yehovah prevails across the earth. Because these generations will not experience war or rampant evil, the stark, bloody reality of animal sacrifice will serve as an unmistakable visual lesson: It demonstrates the horrific nature and cost of sin before Yehovah. It reinforces that every blessing, life, and peace in the kingdom was purchased entirely by the blood of Yeshua, the Lamb of God. 3. Communal Worship, Fellowship, and Theocratic Tribute A significant portion of the offerings detailed in Ezekiel are peace offerings (shelem) and grain offerings (minchah): Fellowship Meals: Peace offerings were shared and eaten by the worshippers and the priests in joyful communion before Yehovah (Ezekiel 46:21–24). The outer courts of the temple contain dedicated kitchens specifically built for preparing these shared meals. Covenantal Expression : It provides redeemed Israel—restored to their ancestral land under the Davidic covenant—with a concrete way to honor Yehovah through priestly order and grateful praise. Global Pilgrimages: As foretold in Zechariah 14:16–19, the Gentile nations will journey up to Jerusalem year after year to worship King Yehovah of Hosts and celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles (Sukkot), presenting their offerings in unified thanksgiving. What They Are vs. What They Are Not What Millennial Sacrifices Are NOT What Millennial Sacrifices ARE Not for the forgiveness of eternal sinsA memorial pointing back to Yeshua's finished redemption Not a replacement or competitor to Calvary A teaching tool for mortal generations born during the Millennium Not salvific (redemption remains entirely by grace through faith)Ceremonial decontamination (kipper) of the temple precinct before Yehovah Not a reinstatement of the Mosaic Covenant A distinct Millennial order administered by the faithful Sons of Zadok Yehovah Feast Days In the Millennial Kingdom, Scripture describes a restructured sacred calendar focused on the direct worship of Yehovah. Several ancient biblical convocations return, while others are deliberately omitted in light of fulfilled redemption. 1. The Major Annual Feasts In Ezekiel 45:21–25 and Zechariah 14:16–19, two annual pilgrimage feasts are explicitly commanded: Passover (Pesach) and the Feast of Unleavened Bread (Chag HaMatzot): Scripture: Ezekiel 45:21–24 Timing: Begins on the 14th day of the first month (Nisan / Abib) and lasts seven days. Observance: Unleavened bread is eaten throughout the week. Daily offerings of seven bulls and seven rams without blemish, a male goat for a sin offering, and accompanying grain and oil offerings are prepared by the Prince (Nasi). Significance: Originally memorializing Israel’s deliverance from Egypt, in the kingdom it endures as an everlasting memorial to Yeshua, the true Passover Lamb whose shed blood accomplished eternal redemption. The Feast of Tabernacles (Sukkot / Feast of Booths): Scripture: Ezekiel 45:25; Zechariah 14:16–19 Timing: Begins on the 15th day of the seventh month (Tishrei) and lasts seven days. Observance: Daily offerings corresponding to those of Passover are presented before Yehovah. Global Mandate: Zechariah declares that survivors from all Gentile nations must travel up to Jerusalem annually to worship King Yehovah of Hosts and celebrate Sukkot. Any nation that refuses to go up will receive no rain and will face divine plague until they comply. Significance: It celebrates Yehovah dwelling physically and visibly in the midst of mortal humanity through King Messiah reigning from Mount Zion. 2. Regular Weekly, Monthly, and Seasonal Observances Alongside the annual pilgrimage festivals, Ezekiel details recurring cycles of regular worship: The Weekly Sabbath (Shabbat): Scripture: Ezekiel 46:1–5; Isaiah 66:22–23 The East Gate of the inner court remains shut during the six working days but opens on the Sabbath. The Prince presents a burnt offering of six lambs and a ram without blemish, and the people of the land worship at the entrance of the gateway. Isaiah 66:23 states that from one Sabbath to another, all flesh will come to worship before Yehovah. The New Moon Celebrations (Rosh Chodesh): Scripture: Ezekiel 46:1, 6–7; Isaiah 66:23 The East Gate opens to welcome the beginning of each biblical month. Offerings consisting of a young bull, six lambs, and a ram are presented in worship before Yehovah. Sanctuary Consecration Days: Scripture: Ezekiel 45:18–20 On the 1st and 7th days of the first month, a young bull without blemish is offered to cleanse and ritually purify the sanctuary, the doorposts of the Temple, and the court gates. 3. Feasts Notably Absent from Ezekiel Several prominent Mosaic convocations from Leviticus 23 are not mentioned in the Millennial Temple: Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur): Omitted entirely from the annual calendar. Yeshua offered one all-sufficient sacrifice for sins forever (Hebrews 10:10–14). Repeating Yom Kippur for the eternal removal of guilt would run contrary to His finished work on Calvary. The Millennial purifications deal strictly with physical sanctuary holiness (kipper), not spiritual justification. Feast of Weeks / Pentecost (Shavuot): Not mentioned in Ezekiel's prophetic calendar. Historically connected to the wheat harvest and the initial outpouring of the Holy Spirit to birth the Church Age (Acts 2), that harvest is now complete. Feast of Trumpets (Yom Teruah): Not mentioned. The prophetic call of the trumpet signaling the regathering of Israel and the arrival of King Messiah has already taken place prior to the start of the 1,000-year reign. Summary of the Kingdom Calendar Cycle Weekly: The Seventh-Day Sabbath (Shabbat) Monthly: The New Moon (Rosh Chodesh) First Month (Nisan) : Days 1 and 7 (Sanctuary Purifications); Days 14 through 21 (Passover and Unleavened Bread) Seventh Month (Tishrei): Days 15 through 21 (Feast of Tabernacles / Sukkot, mandatory for all nations) In the Millennial Kingdom, Scripture distinction between the mortal resurrected, glorified saints. The saints enter the 1,000-year reign having already undergone the "First Resurrection" (Revelation 20:4–6) or translation (1 Corinthians 15:51–53; 1 Thessalonians 4:16–17). They do not live as ordinary mortals; instead, they serve as the administrative, judicial, and priestly leadership of the global kingdom under King Yeshua and Yehovah. 1. Ruling, Judging, and Reigning with Christ The primary role assigned to glorified saints in the Millennium is co-regency—governing the nations alongside Yeshua: Enthroned with Judicial Authority: Revelation 20:4 states that thrones are set, judgment is committed to the saints, and they live and reign with Christ for a thousand years. The Promise to the Overcomers: In Revelation 2:26–27, Yeshua promises that whoever overcomes will receive authority over the nations to rule them with a rod of iron, sharing in the authority given to Him by His Father. Daniel's Prophetic Vision : Daniel 7:27 declares that the kingdom, dominion, and greatness under the whole heaven will be given to the saints of the Most High, whose dominion is an everlasting kingdom. Judging the World and Angels: In 1 Corinthians 6:2–3, the Apostle Paul points directly to this governing role, asking believers if they do not know that the saints will judge the world and even judge angels. 2. Concrete Administrative Appointments Scripture does not present reigning as symbolic or passive; it involves specific geographic and civic administration over mortal cities and regions: The Apostles Over the Twelve Tribes: Yeshua specifically promised His twelve disciples direct judicial authority over the restored tribes of Israel in Matthew 19:28 and Luke 22:29–30, stating they will sit on twelve thrones judging the twelve tribes. Authority Over Cities (The Parable of the Minas) : In Luke 19:17–19, faithful stewardship in this age translates to real civic responsibility in the Kingdom, with servants appointed over five or ten cities. 3. A Royal Priesthood The saints do not merely execute civil justice; they function as a royal priesthood bridging the presence of God and the mortal world: Priests to God and Christ: Revelation 20:6 states that those who take part in the first resurrection are holy and blessed, serving as priests of God and of Christ, reigning with Him for a thousand years. Kings and Priests on the Earth: Revelation 5:10 confirms that the redeemed are made kings and priests to God to reign on the earth. Resurrected saints assist in teaching Yehovah’s ways , discipling mortal nations, and guiding mortals into true worship as the law goes forth from Zion (Isaiah 2:2–4). 4. Physical Nature and Spiritual Condition The saints’ physical existence in the Millennium is fundamentally different from that of mortal humans: Glorified, Immortal Bodies: The saints have put on incorruption and immortality (1 Corinthians 15:42–54), patterned after Yeshua’s resurrected body (Philippians 3:20–21; 1 John 3:2). They are tangible and capable of speaking, eating, and interacting, yet completely free from sickness, fatigue, pain, or death. Neither Marrying Nor Dying: In Luke 20:34–36, Yeshua explains that while mortals in that age marry and have families, those counted worthy of the resurrection neither marry nor are given in marriage, nor can they die anymore, being equal to the angels and sons of the resurrection. Total Immunity from the Second Death: Revelation 20:6 specifies that over the glorified saints, the second death has no power. When Satan is loosed at the end of the 1,000 years to deceive the mortal nations (Revelation 20:7–9), the glorified saints remain entirely beyond temptation, deception, or danger. Contrast: Resurrected Saints vs. Mortal Inhabitants Body and Nature: Resurrected saints possess immortal, incorruptible, glorified bodies (1 Corinthians 15:52). Mortal inhabitants live in natural flesh-and-blood bodies (Isaiah 65:20). Lifespan: Resurrected saints live eternally and can never die (Luke 20:36; Revelation 20:6). Mortal inhabitants have vastly extended lifespans lasting centuries, but remain subject to physical death (Isaiah 65:20). Family Life: Resurrected saints do not marry or reproduce (Luke 20:35). Mortal inhabitants marry, bear children, and raise families (Isaiah 65:23). Kingdom Calling : Resurrected saints serve as kings, priests, and judges executing divine rule with Christ (Revelation 20:4–6). Mortal inhabitants live as citizens, farmers, builders, and worshippers under that rule. Final Rebellion: Resurrected saints are completely secure and immune to deception. Mortal offspring born during the Millennium still possess free will, and a portion will be deceived when Satan is released at the close of the 1,000 years (Revelation 20:7–8). What does Scripture say about daily life, lifespan, and family for mortal humans in the Millennial Kingdom? While resurrected and glorified saints possess immortal bodies (neither marrying nor dying, Luke 20:35–36), Scripture teaches that mortal survivors of the nations enter the Millennial Kingdom in natural, earthly bodies (Matthew 25:31–40; Zechariah 14:16). The Old Testament prophets—especially Isaiah, Jeremiah, and Zechariah—provide vivid details about what daily existence, lifespan, labor, and family look like for these mortal populations during the 1,000-year reign of Yeshua. 1. Lifespan and Physical Health During the Millennium, the curse on creation is substantially rolled back, returning human life expectancy to conditions resembling the pre-Flood era of the patriarchs. Reversal of Infant Mortality: "No more shall an infant from there live but a few days, nor an old man who has not fulfilled his days..." — Isaiah 65:20a Infant death, miscarriages, and early childhood loss will no longer be part of normal life. Every child born will have the opportunity to grow to full maturity. Centenarians Considered "Youth": "...For the child shall die one hundred years old, but the sinner being one hundred years old shall be accursed." — Isaiah 65:20b A person passing away at 100 years of age would be regarded as someone dying in their youth. Dying at that age is described as an anomaly tied to divine judgment on willful defiance under the King's righteous rule. Lifespans Like Trees: "For as the days of a tree, so shall be the days of My people, and My elect shall long enjoy the work of their hands." — Isaiah 65:22b Like deep-rooted, long-living trees (such as oaks or olive trees that live for centuries), mortals will routinely live for hundreds of years throughout the Millennium. Healing and Vitality: "Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped. Then the lame shall leap like a deer, and the tongue of the dumb sing." — Isaiah 35:5–6 Widespread disease, birth defects, and chronic disabilities will be removed as the supernatural blessing of Yehovah rests upon the earth. 2. Family Life, Marriage, and Children Unlike resurrected saints, mortal humans will continue to marry, form households, and raise families: Fruitful Generations: "They shall not labor in vain, nor bring forth children for trouble; for they shall be the descendants of the blessed of Yehovah, and their offspring with them." — Isaiah 65:23 Parents will raise children without the constant fear of famine, war, kidnapping, or sudden calamity cutting their lives short. Peaceful Communities and Play: "Old men and old women shall again sit in the streets of Jerusalem, each one with his staff in his hand because of great age. The streets of the city shall be full of boys and girls playing in its streets." — Zechariah 8:4–5 Scripture paints a picture of tranquil domestic safety—multi-generational families where great-grandparents sit in town squares while children play openly without fear of predators, crime, or violence. 3. Daily Work, Agriculture, and Economics The curse of frustrated, fruitless labor found in Genesis 3 is lifted. Labor remains, but it becomes deeply rewarding, stable, and productive: Secured Ownership and Enjoyment of Labor: "They shall build houses and inhabit them; they shall plant vineyards and eat their fruit. They shall not build and another inhabit; they shall not plant and another eat..." — Isaiah 65:21–22a Throughout human history, war, invasion, unfair taxation, and predatory landlords frequently stripped working people of what they built. In the Kingdom, mortals permanently enjoy the physical fruit of their own hands. Abundant Agricultural Yields: "‘Behold, the days are coming,’ says Yehovah, ‘When the plowman shall overtake the reaper, and the treader of grapes him who sows seed; the mountains shall drip with sweet wine, and all the hills shall flow with it.’" — Amos 9:13 Crops will produce so abundantly that the harvest season will run directly into the next planting cycle. Domestic Peace and Quiet: "Everyone shall sit under his vine and under his fig tree, and no one shall make them afraid; for the mouth of Yehovah of hosts has spoken." — Micah 4:4 The ancient idiom of sitting under one's own vine and fig tree describes self-sufficient private property, safety, and an absence of state tyranny or economic oppression. 4. Harmony in the Natural World Mortal humans will work and live in an environment where nature is no longer hostile: Tamed Animal Kingdom: "The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, the leopard shall lie down with the young goat, the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them... The nursing child shall play by the cobra’s hole, and the weaned child shall put his hand in the viper’s den." — Isaiah 11:6–8 Carnivorous hostility ceases, venomous creatures pose no danger, and dangerous beasts become docile companions even around toddlers. Deserts and arid wastelands will blossom with cedar, acacia, myrtle, and olive trees, with fresh springs gushing in barren wildernesses (Isaiah 35:1–2, 7; Isaiah 41:18–19). Summary of Mortal Life in the Millennium Lifespan: Vastly extended to hundreds of years; child mortality eradicated; death at 100 considered premature or disciplinary. Family: Marriage and childbirth continue; generations grow up together in secure, stable homes free from war and terror. Daily Labor: Meaningful building and farming; complete protection of personal property and full enjoyment of one's harvest. Environment: Total ecological harmony, abundant rainfall, fertile land, and an animal kingdom stripped of predation and venom. Government: Direct equity and peace flowing from Mount Zion, where disputes are settled fairly without courts of corruption or military conflict.

Peter’s words pierced their hearts, and they said to him and to the other apostles, what should we do?”Peter replied, “Each of you must repent of your sins and turn to God and be baptized in the name of Yeshua for the forgiveness of your sins. then you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. Salvation False Savation Grace Repentance Can we lose your Salvation Hebrews 10:26-31 26 If we deliberately keep on sinning after we have received the knowledge of the truth, no sacrifice for sins is left, 27 but only a fearful expectation of judgment and of raging fire that will consume the enemies of God. 28 Anyone who rejected the law of Moses died without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses. 29 How much more severely do you think someone deserves to be punished who has trampled the Son of God underfoot, who has treated as an unholy thing the blood of the covenant that sanctified them, and who has insulted the Spirit of grace? 30 For we know him who said, “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,”[a ] and again, “The Lord will judge his people.”[b ] 31 It is a dreadful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. For it is by grace [God’s remarkable compassion and favor drawing you to Christ] that you have been saved [actually delivered from judgment and given eternal life] through faith. And this [salvation] is not of yourselves [not through your own effort], but it is the [undeserved, gracious] gift of God; What are the 16 steps to salvation? Hear the Gospel. (Matthew 4:17John 8:32) Believe the Gospel (Hebrews 11:6, John 20:31) Repent of past sins (Luke 13:3, Acts 17:30) Confess faith in Jesus Christ (Romans 10:10, Matthew 10:32) Be Baptized (Galatians 3:27, Mark 16:16, Acts 2:38) Be faithful unto death (Revelation 2:10) For all who obey him eternal salvation Hebrews 5:9 Whoever claims to live in him must live as Jesus did.1 John 2:6 But don't just listen to God's word. You must do what it says. Otherwise, you are only fooling yourselves. James 1:2 And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, they do not belong to Christ. Romans 8:1 We are witnesses of these things and so is the Holy Spirit, who is given by God to those who obey him.” Acts 5:32 “whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved.Romans 10:13-15 For But if thou wouldest enter into life, keep the commandments. Matthew 19:16-26 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life…John 3:15,16 For we live by faith, not by sight. (Hebrews 11:6) And without faith it is impossible to please God because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.2 Corinthians 5:7 And anyone who believes in God’s Son has eternal life. Anyone who doesn’t obey the Son will never experience eternal life but remains under God’s angry judgment.” John 3: Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again.”John 3:3 So you see, faith by itself isn’t enough. Unless it produces good deeds, it is dead and useless. James 2:17-23 Faith is Scripturally defined as: Faith is: believing that everything God said is true, committing to follow what it says, and then doing what the Word says. In other words, believing/trusting, committing to obey or do, and then the action of obeying/doing it. Another way we say it is that faith is believing, committing, and trusting in God and His Word. All of mankind is “under the law” (The law of sin and death) until they come into covenant through faith in the Messiah and receive salvation by grace through that faith. God’s Children through Faith 23 Before the way of faith in Christ was available to us, we were placed under guard by the law. We were kept in protective custody, so to speak until the way of faith was revealed. 24 Let me put it another way. The law was our guardian until Christ came; it protected us until we could be made right with God through faith. 25 And now that the way of faith has come, we no longer need the law as our guardian. 26 For you are all children of God through faith in Christ Jesus. 27 And all who have been united with Christ in baptism have put on Christ, like putting on new clothes’ 28There is no longer Jew or Gentile slave or free, male and female. For you are all one in Christ Jesus. 29 And now that you belong to Christ, you are the true children of Abraham. You are his heirs, and God’s promise to Abraham belongs to you. The way for us to be saved is to believe that we have sinned and deserve death because the Word says so. John 3:3 Jesus replied, "I tell you the truth, unless you are born again, you cannot see the Kingdom of Yehovah." Acts 2:38 Peter replied, "Each of you must repent of your sins and turn to Yehovah and be baptized in the name of Yeshua Messiah for the forgiveness of your sins. Then you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. Proverbs 28:9 He that turned away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer shall be an abomination. Ecclesiastes 12:13 That's the whole story. Here now is my conclusion: Fear Yehovah and obey His commands, for this is everyone's duty. Galatians 3:28 T here is no longer Jew or Gentile, slave or free, male and female. For you are all one in Christ Yeshua. James 1:22 But don't just listen to Yehovah’s word. You must do what it says. Otherwise, you are only fooling yourselves. “Then Yehovah said to me, shout the message! Don't hold back. Say to my people Israel: You've sinned! You've turned against Yehovah your Elohim. Isaiah 58:1 "When you tell them all this, do not expect them to listen. Shout out your warnings but do not expect them to respond. Say to them, ‘This is the nation whose people will not obey the Lord their God and who refuse to be taught. (Jeremiah 7:27) (This is a Child of the Devil) For God is Spirit, so those who worship him must worship in spirit and in truth. “John 4:24 Present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. Romans 12:1-2 Truth is God’s Torah You must be led by the Spirit Gal 5:18 This text brings the entire purpose of the Covenant into absolute, razor-sharp focus. It dismantles the false doctrine that "faith" is merely an emotional sentiment or a mental nod. Scripturally, faith is a three-part substance: Believing, Committing, and Doing. When Galatians speaks of being delivered from the "guardian" of the law, it means that before faith, we were prisoners locked in protective custody under the law of sin and death because we had no power to overcome the flesh. But through faith, we are born again, receive the Holy Spirit, and are finally given the supernatural capability to do what the Word says. 📋 The "Faith, Covenant, and Action" Summary Test Instructions: Answer these final 4 structural questions to see if your definition of faith aligns with the unchanging Word of Yehovah. Question 1: The Three-Part Definition of Faith Based on the scriptural definition provided, true biblical faith cannot be cut into pieces. It must include all three parts of the engine. How is your faith operating? A) Believing, Committing, and Doing. You believe everything God said is true, you have committed your life to follow it, and you are actively doing the physical requirements of His Word (the Torah). B) Mental Belief Only. You claim to "trust" or "believe" in Jesus, but your walk lacks the physical action of keeping His commandments, meaning you are only listening to the word and fooling yourself (James 1:22). Question 2: The Role of the Guardian (Galatians 3) Before the way of faith was revealed, humanity was locked under guard by the law because of our sin. Now that you have come into covenant through the Messiah, what is your relationship to the Father's instructions? A) Clothed in Christ to Walk in Truth. You are a child of God and an heir to Abraham (Galatians 3:29). Because you are led by the Spirit, you are no longer a condemned prisoner under the law of sin and death; instead, you present your body as a living sacrifice to worship Him in Spirit and in Truth (His Torah) (Romans 12:1-2). B) Living Carelessly Under the Guise of "Freedom." You use the phrase "no longer under the law" as an excuse to ignore the Father's statutes, missing the point that Christ came to deliver us from sin, not to give us permission to commit it. Question 3: The Abomination of the Closed Ear In Proverbs 28:9, the Sovereign issues a stark warning about the spiritual mechanics of prayer: "He that turned away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer shall be an abomination." When you approach the Father in prayer, what is the state of your ear? A) Unstopped and Submissive. You open your ears to His written laws first, adjusting your lifestyle, food, and calendar to match His voice, so that your prayers are acceptable in His sight. B) Deaf to the Torah . You willfully plug your ears to the specific laws of the Old Testament, yet you expect God to hear, answer, and bless your prayers in a state of continuous disobedience. Question 4: The Watchman's Shout (Isaiah 58 & Jeremiah 7) The Father commanded His watchmen: "Shout the message! Don't hold back... Say to my people: You've sinned!" Yet He warned in Jeremiah that the people would not listen or respond. When the hard, straight truth of the Scriptures confronts your current lifestyle, which nation do you align with? A) The Repentant Remnant. You hear the warning, accept the correction, undergo the baptism of repentance (Acts 2:38), and recognize that your ultimate duty on this earth is to fear Yehovah and obey His commands (Ecclesiastes 12:13). B) The Nation That Refuses to Be Taught . You hear the shout of the warning, but you harden your neck, refuse to respond, and continue following human traditions, matching the exact description of the children of disobedience. 🛑 The Final Diagnostic Verdict Scripture leaves zero room for neutrality. "For God is Spirit, so those who worship him must worship in spirit and in truth." (John 4:24) If your lifestyle consistently hits the B markers, the diagnosis is absolute: you are operating in a counterfeit faith that the Bible defines as dead. A faith that refuses to submit to the Torah is a faith that has never been born again. The sifting is complete, the standard has been laid down, and the tests are done. Do not fool yourself any longer with empty words or the smooth traditions of men. Let the seed of the Word take root in good soil, present your body as a living sacrifice, and start physically doing what the King commanded while there is still time to cross the border into His Kingdom! Believe without obedience What is God's definition of a Christian? Rev 22:14 Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city. What is Yeshua definition of a Christian Matthew 19:17“Why ask me about what is good?” Jesus replied. “There is only One who is good. But to answer your question—if you want to receive eternal life, keep the commandments.” 1 John 2: 3 And we can be sure that we know him if we obey his commandments. 4 If someone claims, “I know God,” but doesn’t obey God’s commandments, that person is a liar and is not living in the truth. 5 But those who obey God’s word truly show how completely they love him. That is how we know we are living in him. 6 Those who say they live in God should live their lives as Jesus did. Heb 5:9 And having been perfected, He became the author of eternal salvation to all who obey Him, ESV And we are witnesses to these things, and so is the Holy Spirit, whom God has given to those who obey him .” Acts 5:32 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, declares the Lord: I will put my laws into their minds, and write them on their hearts, and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. Why did Jesus have to die for you? If you don't know why Christ had to die for you, What is sin? 4 Everyone who makes a practice of sinning also practices lawlessness; sin is lawlessness you are not saved and never converted. What are the end results of being let by the Spirit? It is obedience to the law of God Revelation 12:17 7 And the dragon was wroth with the woman and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keeps the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus Christ. Children of God …7 Little children, let no one deceive you: The one who practices righteousness is righteous, just as Christ is righteous. 8 The one who practices sin is of the devil because the devil has been sinning from the very start. This is why the Son of God was revealed, to destroy the works of the devil. 9 Anyone born of God refuses to practice sin, because God’s seed abides in him; he cannot go on sinning, because he has been born of God.… If ye love me, keep my commandments. John 14:15 If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love. “Everyone thinks they are going to Heaven, but nobody wants to walk the narrow road” “You can enter God’s Kingdom only through the narrow gate.No one has ascended to heaven but He who came down from heaven, that is, the Son of Man who is in heaven. John 3:13 Everyone thinks they are going to Heaven Biblical truth about Life After Death (heaven, hell, and resurrection) Do you really love God? How you Live your life is the evidence of what you believe internally. How you live outwardly is the ultimate proof of what you believe internally. Every single word of Scripture demands our highest reverence and careful obedience. The Bible isn't a book of optional suggestions or loose advice—it is the direct breath of God, designed to teach, correct, and align our lives with His righteousness (2 Timothy 3:16). When we honor God’s Word fully, we allow it to transform how we live, speak, and love every single day. Most people desire Heaven, yet few choose to walk the narrow road that leads there . Yeshua warned us, "Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it" (Matthew 7:13). He urges us to "make every effort to enter through the narrow door, because many will try to enter and will not be able to" (Luke 13:24). True faith isn't just a distant wish for salvation—it is a daily commitment to follow the hard, narrow path of obedience to Yeshua. No one has ascended to heaven but He who came down from heaven, that is, the Son of Man who is in heaven. John 3:13 Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might, for in the realm of the dead, where you are going, there is neither working nor planning nor knowledge nor wisdom. Ecclesiastes 9:10 The living knows that they will die, but the dead don’t know anything. There is no longer a reward for them because the memory of them is forgotten. Ecclesiastes 9:5 A good road will be there, and it will be named "God's Sacred Highway." It will be for God's people; no one unfit to worship God will walk on that road. And no fools can travel on that highway. Isaiah 35:8 This self-examination brings us face-to-face with the stark contrast between human assumptions about eternity and the uncompromising truth of Scripture . It compels us to confront the sober reality of the narrow road, the true state of the dead, and the uncompromising holiness Yeshua demands of all who walk His Sacred Highway. "If anyone worships the beast and its image and receives a mark on his forehead or on his hand, he also will drink the wine of God's wrath... and he will be tormented with fire and sulfur in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb. And the smoke of their torment goes up forever and ever."— Revelation 14:9–11" Scripture makes no distinction between the destiny of the deceiver and the destiny of those who yield to his system," Simeon added quietly. "In Revelation 20:10, the devil who deceived them is thrown into the exact same lake of fire and sulfur, to be tormented day and night forever. And Revelation 20:15 confirms that anyone whose name is not written in the Book of Life shares that same end. It is the very place Yeshua spoke of in Matthew 25:41—the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. To take the beast's mark is to share the beast's eternal fate. 📋 The "Narrow Road vs. The Highway to Hell" Test Instructions: Answer these 4 final questions honestly to see if your daily walk and understanding of eternity match the direct words of Christ and the Prophets, or if you are coasting down the broad road of popular culture. Question 1: The Reality of the Narrow Gate In Matthew 7:13, the Master states: "You can enter God’s Kingdom only through the narrow gate. The highway to hell is broad, and its gate is wide for the many who choose that way." When you look at your daily choices, your calendar, and your lifestyle, which road does your life actually reflect? A) The Narrow Road. Your life looks drastically different from the culture around you. You actively restrain your flesh, keep the Seventh-Day Sabbath, guard your diet, and painstakingly seek alignment with the Torah, regardless of the social cost. B) The Broad Road. Your lifestyle blends seamlessly into modern Western church culture. You follow the crowd, celebrate conventional holidays, and assume that a simple verbal profession or regular church attendance exempts you from the narrow path. Question 2: The Myth of Immediate Heaven vs. The Word Popular culture teaches that when people die, they immediately float away to heaven. Yet, John 3:13 states: "No one has ascended to heaven but He who came down from heaven." Furthermore, Ecclesiastes 9:5 declares: "The living know that they will die, but the dead don’t know anything." How do you handle this plain scriptural truth? A) You accept the words of scripture fully. You recognize that the dead are asleep in the grave, awaiting the physical resurrection and the return of the King to this earth, which drives you to make every day count now with all your might (Ecclesiastes 9:10). B) You prefer comfortable human traditions over scripture, spiritualizing away the plain text so you can hold onto the comforting, unbiblical belief that everyone instantly goes to heaven when they die. Question 3: The Toll on God's Sacred Highway In Isaiah 35:8, the prophet describes the ultimate path: "A good road will be there, and it will be named 'God's Sacred Highway.' It will be for God's people; no one unfit to worship God will walk on that road." What is the standard for traveling on this highway? A) Physical Set-Apartness (Holiness). You understand that "unfit to worship" means living in a state of lawlessness (sin). You actively cleanse your life of detestable things and disobedience so your feet are fit to walk on His holy ground. B) Cultural Convenience. You believe that "grace" allows you to remain unfit, lawless, and unchanged in your daily habits, assuming you can stroll right onto the Sacred Highway while still living by the standards of the world. Question 4: The Effort of Entry In Luke 13:24, Jesus issues a chilling command: "Make every effort to enter through the narrow door. Many, I tell you, will try to enter and will not be able to." How does your current level of spiritual effort match the Master's instruction? A) You exert "all your might" to obey every single word of scripture (2 Timothy 3:16). You test your traditions against the Word, repent where you are wrong, and treat obedience as an absolute necessity. B) You treat scripture as a book of optional suggestions. You apply zero effort to changing your lifestyle, assuming that entering the Kingdom is automatic and requires no hard choices or physical transformation. The Sovereign Verdict: Look squarely at the boxes you checked. If your answers lean heavily toward B, the mirror reveals the most sobering truth of all: How you live your life is the only real evidence of what you believe internally. You cannot claim to hold every single word of scripture in the highest regard if you are actively walking the wide, effortless road of human tradition. The dead cannot plan, work, or repent once they reach the grave. The time to strive for the narrow door and align your feet with God's Sacred Highway is right now, while you still have breath—because the Master never promised an easy path to those who refuse to follow His footsteps. A while back I heard this story, and it made me think, so I thought I would share it. As you drift off to sleep, a voice suddenly calls out your name with terrifying volume—a sound so powerful the vibration shakes your entire bed. A wave of dread washes over you, making you feel physically sick. You open your eyes and find yourself surrounded by millions of terrified, weeping people. Looking up, you behold the Great White Throne of Judgment and the One seated upon it—indescribable, magnificent, and holy. Behind the throne rages a vast wall of fire, its bright flames leaping high into the heavens. Sudden, thunderous cracks bring the entire crowd to their knees as two angels pound their staffs against the ground. Instantly, they lift a man and carry him toward the roaring fire, casting him into the flames where he is no more. Another name is called. Two angels step forward, pick up a woman, and bring her directly before the throne where open books lie waiting. Though you cannot hear the conversation, a profound weight of sorrow radiates from the throne. Then, a voice resounds: “Why didn't you love Me and follow My instructions? You were given so many opportunities, yet you refused. I sent messengers to warn you, but you denied Me. I gave you My Torah. I sent My Son, Yeshua, as the perfect example of how to live—He kept My dietary instructions, honored My seventh-day Sabbaths, observed My Feast days, and walked in all My laws and statutes.” The angels strike their staffs once more and carry her away into the flames, where she is no more. Terrified, the crowd wails, begging for a second chance—but heaven remains silent. Then, you hear your own name called. Overcome with fear, you collapse to your knees, crying out as two angels approach. Just as their hands touch your shoulders and they prepare to lift you up, you snap awake—left with this urgent message. REPENT Warning: There are two paths—one narrow road that leads to eternal life through faithful obedience to Christ, and one broad road that leads to destruction and the lake of fire—your choice matters eternally. Matthew 7:13-14 The one question every professing Christian must answer—your eternity hinges on it. Tampering with Scripture (adding human ideas/traditions as divine commands or subtracting/removing/ignoring/twisting any part) reveals a heart not truly submitted to God. This risks one's name not being found—or shown never to have been—in the Lamb's Book of Life, resulting in eternal judgment in the lake of fire (the second death). Revelation 22:18-19, A life of ongoing sin reflects the devil’s influence, unrepentant behavior rather than an occasional mistake. It’s the contrast between someone who struggles who has the Holy Spirit but tries to improve, versus someone who intentionally chooses a path away from God 1 John 3:8 What is the Fourth Commandment, found in Exodus 20:8-11? Surely you know. Everyone who profanes it shall surely be put to death; Exodus 31:12-17

These three words, show God's love by Obedience, the only place to find Truth is in His Torah, and if we are not in His spirit we can't, please Him.  The thing that haunts me most in life is on the day of judgment, you say Daddy why didn't you make me listen?      DAD    God Gave Me You To my beautiful daughters and your families, I want to tell you how deeply proud I am of each of you as daughters, wives, and mothers—and of your husbands as fathers and sons. Why I Am Sharing This I originally planned to give you my book, Beyond a Reasonable Doubt, and the DVD The Way before I went into surgery. The DVD explains why your mother and I felt called to leave the traditional church, and I wanted you to have these resources in case I didn't make it through, hoping they would inspire you to study. Because of publishing delays and editing errors with the initial printing, I had to rewrite the book. Between both books, there are over 60,000 words and 700 Scripture verses. I believe God inspired this work—waking me up at 3:00 AM morning after morning with verses that expose how far modern church traditions have strayed from His actual Word. Returning to God's Instructions God tells us that the whole duty of man is to keep His commandments (Ecclesiastes 12:13). The church calls this "the Law," but God calls them His instructions for life. It comes down to a fundamental choice: Will we obey His commandments as His Son did, leading to eternal life, or follow man-made traditions that lead to separation from Him? (John 3:36). What is Sin? Scripture defines sin as breaking God’s commandments (1 John 3:4). The Proof of Being Born Again: Those who are born of God do not make a habit of practicing sin (1 John 3:9). The Cross: Yeshua paid for our sins and nailed the curse of the law to the cross—not the instructions themselves (Galatians 3:13). He showed us how to live by keeping the Sabbath, honoring His Feast Days, and following His food laws. The Promise: We are called to repent, be baptized in the name of Yeshua, and receive the Holy Spirit (Acts 2:38) as we look forward to His coming Kingdom on the new earth (Luke 4:43). My Own Awakening I used to think my good deeds made me righteous. I attended church twice a week, led Bible studies, handed out tens of thousands of tracts, fed the homeless, built Christian websites, and opened our home to strangers. Yet despite all of that, I was ignoring God’s plain words in Leviticus, setting aside His Sabbath, and celebrating traditions rooted in paganism. Most painfully, I hadn't taught my own children to keep His commandments as Jesus did. I wake up every day praying for a way to help you see the trap I was in. A Father's Heart I know this is a lot to process. But these are God’s own words, and those who belong to God listen to His words (John 8:47). As your father, I will never stop trying to protect your earthly and eternal well-being. God gave me this understanding, and I am giving it to you out of love. The one thing I cannot bear is the thought of standing before God on Judgment Day and hearing you say: "Daddy, why didn't you make me listen?" With all my love, Dad

The Narrow Path: Complete Entry & Endurance Body & Soul Worship God is Spirit&Truth Enter through the narrow gate. The Narrow Door …23“Lord,” someone asked Him, “will only a few people be saved?” Jesus answered, 24 “Make every effort to enter through the narrow door. For many, I tell you, will try to enter and will not be able. 25After the master of the house gets up and shuts the door, you will stand outside knocking and saying, ‘Lord, open the door for us.’ But he will reply, ‘I do not know where you are from.’ … That phrase—"solo trek of human effort"—is the greatest trap on the journey. A solo trek of human effort is the attempt to reach the Kingdom by relying entirely on your own willpower, intellect, and "goodness." It is the opposite of the Supernatural Partnership. The Narrow Path: Complete Entry & Endurance According to the scriptures, the Gate always comes first. You must pass through the entry point before you can begin the journey on the road. The Sequence of the Journey The Gate (The Entrance): This represents the moment of decision and transition— Repentance, Faith, and Baptism. It is "narrow" because it requires leaving behind the heavy "baggage" of self-rule and the broad way of the world. The Narrow Path (The Walk): Once you have passed through the Gate, you find yourself on the Path. This is the ongoing life of a disciple —using the Guardrails (Commandments) for safety and the Wind (The Spirit) for power. The Scriptural Order I n the Sermon on the Mount, the order is explicitly defined: "Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction... because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way [path] which leads to life." — Matthew 7:13-14 Gate vs. Door: The Distinction In the scriptures, these two terms highlight different aspects of the same reality: The Narrow Gate (Matthew 7): Focuses on the Entry to the Journey. It’s the choice to leave the broad highway and step onto the restricted mountain path. The Narrow Door (Luke 13): Focuses on Access to the House. It’s the struggle to enter the Master’s presence before the invitation expires. "Strive to enter through the narrow door, for many, I tell you, will seek to enter and will not be able." — Luke 13:24 The Mechanical Integration The Struggle: The word "strive" in the original Greek is agonizomai (where we get "agonize"). It implies a total, concentrated effort to align oneself with the King's entry requirements. The Baggage: You cannot fit through the Narrow Door while carrying the "Lawless DNA" of the broad road. Repentance is the act of dropping that baggage so you can fit through. The Result: Once through the Door, you are no longer an outsider; you are a member of the household, positioned to begin the Ongoing Walk on the Narrow Path. The Secret of the Road The Door is narrow not because the King is stingy, but because the Guardrails of the Path are set to a specific width. If the Door were wide, people would try to bring "Broad Road" behaviors onto a "Narrow Road," leading to a wreckage. The Door ensures you are "sized" correctly for the journey ahead. Since we’ve looked at the Gate and the Path, does seeing the entry as a "Door" change how you view the urgency of the journey? Here is a clear Yes/No self-assessment to help determine if you are currently living “in the flesh” (carnal, sinful nature) according to the Bible (Romans 8:5-8, Galatians 5:16-21). “Am I in the Flesh?” Test Answer Yes or No honestly to each: Do I frequently give in to sinful desires even when I know they are wrong? Is my mind mostly occupied with worldly things (money, pleasure, status, lust, anger, revenge)? Do I often justify or excuse my sin instead of fighting it? Am I controlled more by my emotions, appetites, or impulses than by God’s Word? Do I have ongoing patterns of behavior like bitterness, jealousy, gossip, sexual sin, greed, or outbursts of anger? Is prayer and time in God’s Word inconsistent or mostly absent in my daily life? Do I prioritize my own comfort, desires, and will over obedience to God? Am I quick to argue, get offended, or hold grudges? Do I feel little conviction or grief when I sin? Is my life producing more of the “works of the flesh” (Galatians 5:19-21) than the “fruit of the Spirit” (love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, etc.)? Scoring & Interpretation: 8–10 Yes answers: Strong evidence you are currently living in the flesh (carnal mind). 5–7 Yes answers: You are struggling and partially in the flesh — mixed living. Scoring & Interpretation: 8–10 Yes answers: Strong evidence you are currently living in the flesh (carnal mind). 5–7 Yes answers: You are struggling and partially in the flesh — mixed living. 0–4 Yes answers: You are mostly walking in the Spirit, though no one is perfect. Key Bible Truth: “Those who live according to the flesh have their minds set on what the flesh desires… The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace.” (Romans 8:5-6) If many answers were “Yes,” that is not the end — genuine repentance and surrender to the Holy Spirit can change this immediately. Would you like me to create a similar test for walking in the Spirit, or adjust this one for a specific area of struggle? THE BLUEPRINT OF ETERNITY: A FINAL WARNING 1. THE ARCHITECT’S LAW (THE FOUNDATION) There is only one God, Yehovah. He built the universe with a specific blueprint called the Torah. This is not a "suggestion"—it is the structural code of reality. The Rule: You cannot add your own ideas or delete His rules. The Penalty: If you "edit" His law to fit your lifestyle, He will "edit" your name out of the Book of Life. You will be deleted from eternity. (Rev 22:18-19) 2. THE PRICE OF YOUR "FREEDOM" You act like a spoiled child, demanding everything while giving up nothing. You say, "No one tells me what to eat, when to worship, or that Christmas and Easter are Pagan God knows my heart. To pay for that arrogance, a blood-price was required: Yeshua, the Son of God, was betrayed and humiliated for your "small" sins. He was tortured, whipped, and nailed to a cross because you refused to follow the rules. The Father had to turn His back on His own Son because your carnal rot was so heavy. If you take His sacrifice but keep your carnal lifestyle, you are spitting on His blood. 3. THE TRAP OF THE "WIDE GATE" The "Wide Gate" is the path where you do whatever you want. It feels good because there are no "restrictions." The Deception: It is wide because it is a trash chute. It accepts everything—lies, fake holidays, and "self-made" worship. The Crash: It leads to Destruction (Matt 7:13). A soul that refuses to be "tempered" by the Law stays soft and hollow. When you hit the wall of eternity, a soft soul shatters like glass. 4. THE NARROW GATE (THE TEMPERING) A soul restricted to the Truth is the only soul that can walk into eternity without breaking. The Restriction: The Commandments (Keeping the Sabbath Holy, Leviticus food restrictions, Worship God in Spirit and Truth and Gods appointed times Passover unleavened bread ect. ) are the "mold" that holds you together. The Tempering: Just like steel must be heated and hammered to be strong, your soul must be restricted by the Torah to become unbreakable. The Fit: The door to Heaven is a specific shape. If you are shaped like a "lie" because you ignored the Law, you will hit that door and break. THE BOTTOM LINE: You are not "free"—you are unprotected. By refusing the Sabbath and the Commandments, you are removing the structural bolts from your own soul. You are building a life on sand, and the storm is coming. Judgment is not a conversation; it is a measurement. If you don't match the Blueprint, you don't get into the House. You will be left in the outer darkness where there is weeping and gnashing of teeth. "If you say you know Him but don't keep His commandments, you are a LIAR." (1 John 2:4) CHANGE YOUR SHAPE NOW, OR BE BROKEN FOREVER.

"And you shall have the tassel, that you may look upon it and remember all the commandments of YEHOVAH and do them, and that you [may] not follow the harlotry to which your own heart and your own eyes are inclined, What does the tzitzit symbolize? Each tassel has eight threads (when doubled over) and five sets of knots, totaling 13. The sum of all numbers is 613, traditionally the number of commandments in the Torah. This reflects the concept that donning a garment with tzitzit reminds its wearer of all Torah commandments, as specified in Numbers 15:39. Tassels and Tzitzit Gods commandments 613 OT 1050 NT Here is a sharpened rewrite that focuses strictly and entirely on the tassels (tzitzit), exposing the flaw in using the Holy Spirit as an excuse to stop wearing them . The tzitzit (fringes or tassels) commanded in Numbers 15:38–40 are a powerful physical visual aid, carefully designed by the Creator to carry deep spiritual symbolism. Every element of the tassel—from the threads to the knots and the color—serves as a literal reminder of identity, authority, and covenant boundaries. 1. The Blueprint of the Commandments (613) The word tzitzit (ציצית) carries a numerical value (gematria) of 600 in Hebrew. When the tassels are tied according to biblical tradition, they consist of: 8 threads 5 knots 600 + 8 + 5 = 613 Looking at the tassels is a direct visual representation of all 613 commandments found in the Torah. It symbolizes that the wearer is completely wrapped in, and accountable to, the entire instruction of God. 2. The Blue Thread (Tekhelet): Royalty and the Throne Numbers 15 requires a specific thread of blue (tekhelet) to be woven into each tassel. In the ancient world, this specific blue dye was incredibly rare, expensive, and reserved strictly for kings and high priests. The Throne of God: In Exodus 24:10 and Ezekiel 1:26, the pavement under God's feet and His very throne are described as being made of sapphire stone—a brilliant, heavenly blue. The Symbolism: The blue thread reminds the wearer that they are a citizen of a heavenly Kingdom. Looking down at the blue thread is a reminder to look up toward the King of Kings, recognizing His supreme authority over their daily actions. 3. A Guard Against Spiritual Harlotry God explicitly states the tassels are given so "that you may not follow the harlotry to which your own heart and your own eyes are inclined" (Numbers 15:39). In Scripture, the human heart and eyes are the gateways to desire, appetite, and rebellion. The tassels symbolize covenant boundaries . Just as a wedding ring symbolizes a boundary and total commitment to a spouse, the tassels on the corners of a garment symbolize a boundary line that guards the wearer from wandering into the pagan practices and lawlessness of the surrounding world. 4. A Kingdom of Priests and a Holy Nation In ancient Near Eastern culture, the hem or corner of a man's garment represented his social status, authority, and identity. High-ranking officials and nobility had elaborately decorated hems. By commanding every Israelite to wear these specific tassels on the corners of their clothing, God was symbolizing a radical shift in status. It showed that the entire nation was called to be a "kingdom of priests and a holy nation" (Exodus 19:6). It symbolized that even an ordinary citizen was set apart (kadosh) to the same standard of holiness as a priest serving in the Tabernacle. The Visual Reminder Test "God commanded the physical tassels and the blue thread specifically because He knew the human heart and eyes are naturally inclined to wander into lawlessness. If you claim that you don't need this visual symbol because you 'have it in your heart,' why does your life look exactly like the world around you? Are you genuinely remembering His commandments without the reminder, or are you just hiding behind human reasoning so you don't have to look at the boundaries He set for you?" This command is clear, literal, and written directly into the text. Yet, most mainstream believers do not even realize it exists. Those who do discover it often use a specific line of human reasoning to dismiss it. They argue that the physical tassels have been set aside or done away with because under the New Covenant, we have the Holy Spirit. They point to John 14:26, where Yeshua promises that the Holy Spirit "will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you." From this, they conclude that because the Spirit functions as an internal reminder, the physical "strings" on the corners of a garment are obsolete. The Flaw in the Argument We must be extremely careful when using human logic to delete a direct command given by YEHOVAH. Just because the Holy Spirit is fully capable of bringing the Word to our remembrance does not mean the physical requirement of the tassels has been abolished. The Holy Spirit does not substitute or cancel out physical instructions; the Spirit empowers us to keep them. YEHOVAH explicitly stated that the purpose of looking at the physical tassels is to guard our eyes and hearts against the very lawlessness that rejects His Word. To use the Holy Spirit as an excuse to strip the tassels from your garments is a total contradiction of the Spirit’s purpose. The Tassel Test "YEHOVAH commanded His people to wear tassels with a blue thread throughout their generations so that they would look at them, remember His laws, and stop following the lawlessness of their own eyes. If you claim the Holy Spirit has replaced this physical command, why are you using the Spirit of Truth as a reason to stop doing exactly what God told you to do? Did the Holy Spirit come to bring the commandments to your remembrance, or to give you an excuse to tear them off your garments?" Tizitiz The wearing of tzitzit, is a constant reminder and an awareness to others of our obedience to God's commands. Ecclesiastes 12:13-14 Exodus 12:49 The knots on the tzitzit represent six hundred and thirteen commandments. Some are for men, women, children, Priests, and the temple Numbers 15:39. The White Cords Every time you look up and see white clouds you are to remember to be holy just as He is Holy, you are to refuse to practice sinning God only gives His Spirit to those who refuse to practice sinning and obey His commandments. 1 Peter 1:16 1 John 3:4T The Blue cord reminds us of the ocean, sky, and God's throne. It also reminds us of our personal relationship with God. blue is the color of God's Glory. The Chain represents bondage to sin, The Spirit first convicts people of their sin, bringing to mind God's standards and leading them to repentance. God restrains sin through conscience Yeshua wore the tizitzit as of obediently to God's commands.

Torah Life Ministries 51.7K subscribers Subscribe 1.3K Peter and Cornelius 1 At Caesarea there was a man named Cornelius, a centurion of what was known as the Italian Cohort, 2 a devout man who feared God with all his household, gave alms generously to the people, and prayed continually to God. 3 About the ninth hour of the day, he saw clearly in a vision an angel of God come in and say to him, “Cornelius.” 4 And he stared at him in terror and said, “What is it, Lord?” And he said to him, “Your prayers and your alms have ascended as a memorial before God. 5 And now send men to Joppa and bring one Simon who is called Peter. 6 He is lodging with one Simon, a tanner, whose house is by the sea.” 7 When the angel who spoke to him had departed, he called two of his servants and a devout soldier from among those who attended him, 8 and having related everything to them, he sent them to Joppa. Peter’s Vision 9 The next day, as they were on their journey and approaching the city, Peter went up on the housetop about the sixth hourb to pray. 10 And he became hungry and wanted something to eat, but while they were preparing it, he fell into a trance 11 and saw the heavens opened and something like a great sheet descending, being let down by its four corners upon the earth. 12 In it were all kinds of animals and reptiles and birds of the air. 13 And there came a voice to him: “Rise, Peter; kill and eat.” 14 But Peter said, “By no means, Lord; for I have never eaten anything that is common or unclean.” 15 And the voice came to him again a second time, “What God has made clean, do not call common.” 16 This happened three times, and the thing was taken up at once to heaven. 17 Now while Peter was inwardly perplexed as to what the vision that he had seen might mean, behold, the men who were sent by Cornelius, having made inquiry for Simon’s house, stood at the gate 18 and called out to ask whether Simon who was called Peter was lodging there. 19 And while Peter was pondering the vision, the Spirit said to him, “Behold, three men are looking for you. 20 Rise and go down and accompany them without hesitation,c for I have sent them.” 21 And Peter went down to the men and said, “I am the one you are looking for. What is the reason for your coming?” 22 And they said, “Cornelius, a centurion, an upright and God-fearing man, who is well spoken of by the whole Jewish nation, was directed by a holy angel to send for you to come to his house and to hear what you have to say.” 23 So he invited them in to be his guests. The next day he rose and went away with them, and some of the brothers from Joppa accompanied him. 24 And on the following day they entered Caesarea. Cornelius was expecting them and had called together his relatives and close friends. 25 When Peter entered, Cornelius met him and fell down at his feet and worshiped him. 26 But Peter lifted him up, saying, “Stand up; I too am a man.” 27 And as he talked with him, he went in and found many persons gathered. 28 And he said to them, “ You yourselves know how unlawful it is for a Jew to associate with or to visit anyone of another nation, but God has shown me that I should not call any person common or unclean. 29 So when I was sent for, I came without objection. I ask then why you sent for me.” 30 And Cornelius said, “Four days ago, about this hour, I was praying in my house at the ninth hour,d and behold, a man stood before me in bright clothing 31 and said, ‘Cornelius, your prayer has been heard and your alms have been remembered before God. 32 Send therefore to Joppa and ask for Simon who is called Peter. He is lodging in the house of Simon, a tanner, by the sea.’ 33 So I sent for you at once, and you have been kind enough to come. Now therefore we are all here in the presence of God to hear all that you have been commanded by the Lord.” Gentiles Hear the Good News 34 So Peter opened his mouth and said: “Truly I understand that God shows no partiality, 35 but in every nation anyone who fears him and does what is right is acceptable to him. 36 As for the word that he sent to Israel, preaching the good news of peace through Jesus Christ (he is Lord of all), 37 you yourselves know what happened throughout all Judea, beginning from Galilee after the baptism that John proclaimed: 38 how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power. He went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with him. 39 And we are witnesses of all that he did both in the country of the Jews and in Jerusalem. They put him to death by hanging him on a tree, 40 but God raised him on the third day and made him appear, 41 not to all the people but to us who had been chosen by God as witnesses, who ate and drank with him after he rose from the dead. 42 And he commanded us to preach to the people and to testify that he is the one appointed by God to be the judge of the living and the dead. 43 To him all the prophets bear witness that everyone who believes in him receives forgiveness of sins through his name.” The Holy Spirit Falls on the Gentiles 44 While Peter was still saying these things, the Holy Spirit fell on all who heard the word. 45 And the believers from among the circumcised who had come with Peter were amazed because the gift of the Holy Spirit was poured out even on the Gentiles. 46 For they were hearing them speaking in tongues and extolling God. Then Peter declared, 47 “Can anyone withhold water for baptizing these people, who have received the Holy Spirit just as we have?” 48 And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. Then they asked him to remain for some days. Acts 10: Peter’s Vision - 119 Ministries Peter Explains His Actions 11 The apostles and the believers throughout Judea heard that the Gentiles also had received the word of God. 2 So when Peter went up to Jerusalem, the circumcised believers criticized him 3 and said, “You went into the house of uncircumcised men and ate with them.” 4 Starting from the beginning, Peter told them the whole story: 5 “I was in the city of Joppa praying, and in a trance I saw a vision. I saw something like a large sheet being let down from heaven by its four corners, and it came down to where I was. 6 I looked into it and saw four-footed animals of the earth, wild beasts, reptiles and birds. 7 Then I heard a voice telling me, ‘Get up, Peter. Kill and eat.’ 8 “I replied, ‘Surely not, Lord! Nothing impure or unclean has ever entered my mouth.’ 9 “The voice spoke from heaven a second time, ‘Do not call anything impure that God has made clean.’ 10 This happened three times, and then it was all pulled up to heaven again. 11 “Right then three men who had been sent to me from Caesarea stopped at the house where I was staying. 12 The Spirit told me to have no hesitation about going with them. These six brothers also went with me, and we entered the man’s house. 13 He told us how he had seen an angel appear in his house and say, ‘Send to Joppa for Simon who is called Peter. 14 He will bring you a message through which you and all your household will be saved.’ 15 “As I began to speak, the Holy Spirit came on them as he had come on us at the beginning. 16 Then I remembered what the Lord had said: ‘John baptized with[a ] water, but you will be baptized with[b ] the Holy Spirit.’ 17 So if God gave them the same gift he gave us who believed in the Lord Jesus Christ, who was I to think that I could stand in God’s way?” 18 When they heard this, they had no further objections and praised God, saying, “So then, even to Gentiles God has granted repentance that leads to life.” The Church in Antioch 19 Now those who had been scattered by the persecution that broke out when Stephen was killed traveled as far as Phoenicia, Cyprus and Antioch, spreading the word only among Jews. 20 Some of them, however, men from Cyprus and Cyrene, went to Antioch and began to speak to Greeks also, telling them the good news about the Lord Jesus. 21 The Lord’s hand was with them, and a great number of people believed and turned to the Lord. 22 News of this reached the church in Jerusalem, and they sent Barnabas to Antioch. 23 When he arrived and saw what the grace of God had done, he was glad and encouraged them all to remain true to the Lord with all their hearts. 24 He was a good man, full of the Holy Spirit and faith, and a great number of people were brought to the Lord. 25 Then Barnabas went to Tarsus to look for Saul, 26 and when he found him, he brought him to Antioch. So for a whole year Barnabas and Saul met with the church and taught great numbers of people. The disciples were called Christians first at Antioch. 27 During this time some prophets came down from Jerusalem to Antioch. 28 One of them, named Agabus, stood up and through the Spirit predicted that a severe famine would spread over the entire Roman world. (This happened during the reign of Claudius.) 29 The disciples, as each one was able, decided to provide help for the brothers and sisters living in Judea. 30 This they did, sending their gift to the elders by Barnabas and Saul.
