"If we deliberately keep on sinning after we have received the knowledge of the truth, no sacrifice for sins is left." Option 1: Direct & Natural (Engaging Study Guide) Scripture Reference: Hebrews 10:26 "If we deliberately keep on sinning after we have received the knowledge of the truth, no sacrifice for sins is left." What is "Willful Sin"? In this setting, willful sin means knowingly and permanently turning your back on Yeshua. It warns those who fully understand the truth yet consciously choose to walk away and reject Him. Why "No Sacrifice Remains": Yeshua is the Father's ultimate, complete, and final offering for human sin. Once an individual rejects Yeshua, there is no second savior, no Levitical altar to run back to, and no alternate plan of Option 3: Side-by-Side Clarification (Common Misconceptions vs. Biblical Meaning) What It Does Not Mean What the Scripture Actually Teaches It does not mean someone loses their standing because they stumble into ordinary human failure or daily struggles. It specifically warns against apostasy—a settled, deliberate decision to abandon faith in Yeshua entirely. It does not mean the Father refuses repentance from a contrite heart seeking forgiveness. It addresses those who knowingly treat Yeshua’s blood as unholy, leaving themselves with no other sacrifice to cover their sins. Proponents emphasize that Yehovah (יְהֹוָה) is not a 16th-century Christian invention. It is documented with full pointing in over 1,000 Hebrew Bible manuscripts, including prominent early texts like the Leningrad Codex and the Aleppo Codex. They argue Masoretic scribes who guarded letter-by-letter accuracy would not have recorded "mistaken" vowels across centurie The Consonants (יהוה / YHWH): Appear 6,828 times in the Hebrew Masoretic Text. In the Dead Sea Scrolls (dating 2,000+ years ago), scribes often wrote these four consonants in archaic Paleo-Hebrew script to set the sacred Name apart from the surrounding square Aramaic-Hebrew script. 1,000 times across other medieval manuscripts), while the shortened two-vowel form served as the standard scribal reminder (qere perpetuum) to pronounce "Adonai".

The good news is that Yehovah ordained Yeshua to announce the coming of His kingdom here on earth. Many would be shocked to find out that the Bible defines the gospel differently than what they have always been told. A thorough reading shows He brought and that the apostles continued to preach. The True Gospel e The spiritual path begins with a direct call from Yeshua: “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. ” This imperative is the doorway to salvation—a foundational, inward shift away from sin and a fallen world, and a redirection of the heart toward the sovereign authority of God. Matthew 4:17 — “From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, ‘Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.’” Mark 1:15 — “And saying, ‘The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.’” 2. The Doorway: Water Baptism and the Holy Spiri t Following the resurrection and ascension of Yeshua, Peter declared the active steps of covenant entry at Pentecost: turning in repentance, being buried with Messiah in baptism, and receiving divine empowerment through the Spirit. Acts 2:38 — “Then Peter said unto them, ‘Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.’” John 3:5 — “Jesus answered, ‘Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.’” 3. The Blood: Grafted into the Commonwealth of Israel By the blood shed on the tree, the dividing wall of hostility was torn down. Nations once alienated from the promises and covenants are brought near and grafted as wild olive branches into the root of Israel. Ephesians 2:12–13 — “That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world: But now in Yesgua messiah ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.” Romans 11:17 — “A nd if some of the branches be broken off, and thou, being a wild olive tree, wert graffed in among them, and with them partakest of the root and fatness of the olive tree.” 4. The Commission: Gathering Others into the Harvest Salvation is not walked in isolation; a grafted branch bears fruit. Believers are commanded to act as fishers of men and ambassadors, working to gather the lost into the Father’s house before the end. Matthew 28:19–20 — “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you.” Matthew 9:37–38 — “Then saith he unto his disciples, ‘The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.’” Luke 14:23 — “And the lord said unto the servant, ‘Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled.’” 5. The Perseverance: Holding Fast Until the End The culmination of salvation requires endurance through trials, testing, and persecution. The promise of the eternal crown belongs to those who do not turn back. Matthew 24:13 — “But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.” Hebrews 10:35–36 — “Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward. For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.” Revelation 2:25–26 — “But that which ye have already hold fast till I come. And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations.” What Did Yeshua Preach? Many would be shocked to find out that the Bible defines the gospel differently than what they have always been told. A thorough reading shows that accepting Christ's blood in payment for our sins—as foundationally important as it is—is not the focus of the "good news" that He brought and that the apostles continued to preach. In addition to dying for our sins, Yeshua came to earth as a messenger from Yehovah the Father: The good news is that Yehovah ordained Yeshua to announce the coming of His kingdom here on earth. The announcement of "good news"— the very best news that could be heard today—which the Father gave through Yeshua, was about His Kingdom being established on earth. What is a kingdom? It is essentially a nation, with all of its citizens, land, and laws, ruled by a government. In biblical usage, a kingdom can also mean a family from a single parent grown into a nation. A kingdom has four basic elements: a king, supreme ruler, or governing agent; territory, with its specific location and definite boundary lines; subjects or citizens within that territorial jurisdiction; and laws and a form of government through which the will of the ruler is exercised. If we ignore any one of these essential elements—if we ignore the message that Yeshua brought from the Father—we will have a distorted faith, one that will not bring salvation. Who Will Be King? There can be no doubt that the King of God's Kingdom will be Yeshua. Even though He did not exercise any civil authority while on earth when He returns, He will be "King of kings and Lord of lords" Timothy 6:15; Revelation 19:16; 17:14). Other prophets also foretold of a coming king, not just of Israel and Judah, but also extending to the entire world. Isaiah tells us: For unto us, a Child is born, unto us a Son is given; and the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Of the increase of His government and peace, there will be no end, upon the throne of David and over His kingdom, to order it and establish it with judgment and justice from that time forward, even forever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this. (Isaiah 9:6-7) Where Will the Kingdom Be Established? A dominant falsehood that Satan has foisted on mankind is the belief that one's soul goes to heaven after death. Many people assume that the phrase Kingdom of God is synonymous with heaven, but the Bible teaches that when Yeshua returns, the Kingdom of God will be established on earth! First, notice how the Bible completely refutes the notion of "going to heaven" after death. Peter tells the crowd on the day of Pentecost, "Men and brethren, let me speak freely to you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his tomb is with us to this day.. .. For David did not ascend into the heavens" (Acts 2:29, 34). This "man after God's own heart" is not in heaven, but still in the grave! Our Savior confirms this in John 3:13: "No one has ascended to heaven but He who came down from heaven, that is, the Son of Man who is in heaven." Ecclesiastes 9:5,10 The dead saints of the Old and New Testaments alike are sleeping in their graves, awaiting the resurrection - without consciousness. Job 14:14-15 Job describes waiting for the resurrection in this way: "If a man dies, shall he live again? All the days of my hard service I will wait, till my change comes. You shall call, and I will answer You. Revelation 5:10, "And You have made them a kingdom (royal race) and priests to our God, and they shall reign on the earth!" Revelation 11:15 Then the seventh angel sounded: And there were loud voices in heaven, saying; "The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Yehovah and His Son, and He shall reign forever and ever!" Revelation 21:21. And I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. Also, there was no more sea. Then I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, "Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with them and be their God. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away. … Revelation 21:1 He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son." Who Are the Kingdom's Subjects and Citizens? Even though the entire world will be ruled by Yeshua when He establishes the Kingdom on earth, not everyone on earth will be a citizen of that Kingdom. Everyone will be subject to the King of Kings, but not everyone will have entered into that spiritual Kingdom. John 3:3 Yeshua revealed this truth to Nicodemus. When Nicodemus came to Him at night, Yeshua told him, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God" . I Corinthians 15:50. Paul told the Corinthians "Flesh and blood [mortal humans] cannot inherit the kingdom of God; nor does corruption inherit incorruption" While we have a physical, flesh-and-blood body, we may be heirs of the Kingdom, but we cannot enter fully into the Kingdom, nor can we see it, until we become spirit—given a glorious spirit-composed body in the resurrection. This means that, even though all of mankind will be subject to the Kingdom that Yeshua will rule on earth, they will not necessarily be a part of it. Matthew 25:31-34 When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the holy angels with Him, then He will sit on the throne of His glory. All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats. And He will set the sheep on His right hand, but the goats on the left. Then the King will say to those on His right hand, "Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world." The Kingdom of God, then, will be ruled by Yeshua and will be inherited by those who have been glorified upon being resurrected from the dead. The resurrected saints—citizens of God's Kingdom—will rule along with Yeshua over the remaining peoples of the earth (Daniel 7:27; II Timothy 2:12; Revelation 2:26-28; 5:9-10; 20:4-6; 22:5). What are the Laws of the Kingdom? Judges 21:25 . Law is simply a guide for people to follow to ensure cohesion, agreement, and peace in civil and interpersonal relationships. Without an understood standard, enforced by a sovereign ruler, everyone would act according to his own whim or desire, and nothing good or worthwhile would be produced. The Kingdom of God is no different. I Corinthians 14:33 God is not the author of confusion. His Kingdom will be peaceful and orderly because everyone who will enter into it will have voluntarily submitted himself to the law - the commandments - of God. God will not have anyone in His Kingdom who demonstrates, by the pattern of his life, that he will not obey Him. (Matthew 7:21-23; Hebrews 10:26-31). Revelation 12:17 describes the saints as those "who keep the commandments of God and have the testimony of Yeshua. These two statements - loving God and loving your neighbor as oneself - encapsulate the first four and the last six commandments respectively. The commandments merely define further how to love God and love man. We love God in general by placing Him first, by not adopting physical aids in worshiping Him, by not bearing His name in vain, and by keeping the seventh-day Sabbath holy. We love men, in general, by honoring our parents, not murdering, not committing adultery, not stealing, not lying, and not coveting. John 14:15 "If you love Me, keep My commandments. “He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him." "If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him. He who does not love Me does not keep My words; and the word which you hear is not Mine but the Fathers who sent Me." Here is the core breakdown of why many modern Christians leave out the commandments and repentance: Fear of Rejection: Many worry that talking about sin and rules makes them look judgmental, legalistic, or "fire-and-brimstone." They omit the hard truths to avoid driving people away. The Comfort Business: To fill pews, many churches have traded a message of conviction for a message of comfort. It’s easier to sell God as a cosmic therapist who wants to bless you than a King who demands repentance. "Cheap Grace": There is a widespread misunderstanding that because salvation is a free gift, God's moral laws no longer matter. It offers forgiveness without requiring a change in behavior. Avoiding Hypocrisy: Proclaiming the commandments holds up a mirror to the world—but it also holds one up to the person preaching. It is easier to offer vague positivity than to live out a strict, counter-cultural standard. The Bottom Line: You cannot have the "Good News" without the bad news. The Commandments show us where we are broken, Repentance is turning away from that brokenness, and Grace is the rescue. Without the first two, the rescue means nothing. The Gospel (in Hebrew, the Besorah—"good news") that Yeshua (Jesus) personally preached is summarized in Mark 1:14–15: "Now after John was put in prison, Yeshua came to Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God, and saying, 'The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand. Repent, and believe in the gospel.'" While modern ears often hear "the gospel" defined exclusively as the mechanics of individual salvation (how to go to heaven when you die), Yeshua’s proclamation was broader, deeper, and grounded in the Hebrew Scriptures: the Gospel of the Kingdom of God (Besorat HaMalkhut). He announced that the sovereign rule, authority, and covenant reign of the Creator had broken directly into this fallen world through the King Himself. 1. "The Time is Fulfilled" (Prophetic Arrival) When Yeshua said the time was fulfilled, He was speaking to a nation longing for deliverance. The prophecies of Daniel (the timeline of Daniel 9 and the stone that crushes the kingdoms of the world in Daniel 2) and Isaiah were reaching their climax. In Luke 4:18–19, He opened the scroll of Isaiah 61 in the Nazareth synagogue to define His mandate: Preaching good tidings to the poor and humble. Healing the brokenhearted. Proclaiming liberty to the captives and the opening of prison to those who are bound. Proclaiming the acceptable year of the Lord (the ultimate Jubilee release from sin and debt). 2. "The Kingdom of God is at Hand" (The Core Proclamation) Yeshua did not preach an abstract philosophy; He preached an active government and reign: Sovereignty over the Kingdom of Darkness: Every time Yeshua cast out a demon, healed incurable diseases, or raised the dead, He was demonstrating that Satan’s usurpation of the earth was being overthrown. "If I cast out demons by the finger of God, surely the kingdom of God has come upon you" (Luke 11:20). The Nature of the King’s Reign: His kingdom was not of this worldly system—it did not advance through political intrigue, violence, or human armies (John 18:36). Instead, it advanced through truth, sacrificial love, humility, and righteousness. Present and Future: The Kingdom is already here in the hearts and walk of those who submit to the King, and it is yet to come in its physical, global fullness when the King returns to establish His reign in Jerusalem (Zechariah 14; Revelation 11:15). 3. "Repent" (Teshuvah — A Complete Return) To enter this Kingdom, the requirement was not a passive intellectual nod, but Teshuvah—a radical turning around: Turning from Self-Rule to God's Rule: Repentance means laying down rebellion, secular autonomy, and false religious pretenses. Internalizing the Commandments: In the Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 5–7), Yeshua explained the constitution of the Kingdom. He made it clear that He did not come to abolish the Law or the Prophets, but to fill them to the full (Matthew 5:17). Kingdom repentance goes beyond external legalism to the motives of the heart—eradicating lust, hatred, pride, and greed. Fruit of Repentance: Just as John the Baptist warned, Yeshua taught that true repentance always bears observable, righteous fruit (Matthew 7:16–21). 4. "Believe in the Good News" (Covenant Faith & Allegiance) In the biblical mindset, "belief" (emunah) is not merely agreeing that God exists; it is active loyalty, trust, and obedience to the King: Trusting the Father’s Provision: Ceasing to worry about food, drink, and clothing like the nations do, but rather "seeking first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you" (Matthew 6:33). Trusting the Sacrifice of the Son: Yeshua taught that He came "not to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many" (Mark 10:45). The Good News is that the King took the curse of our disobedience upon Himself at Passover, shedding His blood to ratify the New Covenant (Matthew 26:28). Victory Over the Grave: Yeshua promised that whoever hears His word and believes Him who sent Him has passed from death into life (John 5:24), anchored by His own resurrection as the firstfruits from the dead. 5. Summary: What Entering the Gospel Requires In Yeshua's own words, walking in the Gospel means: Denying Self: "If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me" (Luke 9:23). Obeying the Father's Will: "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven" (Matthew 7:21). Loving God and Neighbor: Loving the Lord with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength, and loving your neighbor as yourself (Mark 12:29–31). Proclaiming the Kingdom to All Nations: "And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come" (Matthew 24:14). In short, the Gospel Yeshua taught is the royal proclamation that God’s reign has arrived in His Messiah, calling every human heart to turn away from sin, enter covenant peace with the Father through the Son, and live as an obedient citizen of His eternal Kingdom. In ancient kingdoms, when a king ascended his throne, he issued a royal charter or legal code declaring how his realm would be governed and what was expected of his subjects. In Matthew 5–7, Yeshua goes up on a mountain—echoing Moses ascending Mount Sinai—sits down in the posture of a reigning king and teacher, and delivers the manifesto of His newly inaugurated reign. The Sermon on the Mount is not an impractical, idealistic philosophy, nor is it a checklist to earn salvation. It is the living, practical constitution of the Kingdom of God, dictating the character, inner motives, ethics, and daily allegiance required of every citizen walking under Messiah's rule. 1. The Preamble: The Citizen’s Internal Disposition (The Beatitudes) Any national constitution opens with foundational values. Earthly empires prize military conquest, political clout, wealth, and self-assertion. Yeshua begins His charter (Matthew 5:3–12) by turning the world's value system completely upside down: Poor in Spirit: Recognizing total spiritual bankruptcy and utter dependence on the King. Mourning: Grieving over personal sin and the brokenness of a fallen world. Meekness: Possessing harnessed strength, patience, and humility rather than violent ambition. Hunger for Righteousness: Longing for God’s righteous order to prevail more than craving food or physical comfort. Mercy and Purity of Heart: Extending forgiveness and maintaining undivided, uncorrupted loyalty to God. Peacemaking: Actively reconciling estranged parties, reflecting the character of the Father. These are not separate groups of people receiving different rewards; together, they describe the temperament of the citizen who has laid down self-rule. 2. The Citizen’s Public Office: Salt and Light Citizens of the Kingdom do not live in isolationist enclaves; they are embedded directly into a decaying and dark culture (Matthew 5:13–16): Salt of the Earth: In antiquity, salt was a preservative that arrested rot and decay. Kingdom citizens preserve truth, hold back moral corruption, and bring spiritual flavor to the societies they inhabit. Light of the World: Light exposes danger and guides the traveler. Believers do not hide their allegiance to the King; their visible, tangible good works shine so that observers give glory directly to the Father. 3. The Legal Standard: Fulfilling and Internalizing the Law In Matthew 5:17–20, Yeshua establishes the legal framework of His government, dispelling any thought of lawlessness or anarchy: "Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill. For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled." To "fulfill" (pleroo) in Hebrew thought means to bring the law to its fullest intended meaning and expression, not to abolish it. Yeshua contrasts the superficial, external legalism of the religious establishment with the King’s internal standard. Through a series of six antitheses ("You have heard that it was said... but I say to you"), He shows that the King's law governs the thoughts and desires before an act is ever committed: Murder vs. Contempt: It is not enough to refrain from physical murder; harboring bitter anger, resentment, or hurling venomous insults (Raca) makes one liable to judgment (5:21–26). Adultery vs. Lust: Purity is not just refraining from physical unfaithfulness; looking with covetous intent is adultery in the heart (5:27–30). Oaths vs. Total Integrity: Citizens do not need elaborate religious oaths or legal loopholes to verify their truthfulness; their word is their bond—their "Yes" means yes, and their "No" means no (5:33–37). Retaliation vs. Sacrificial Generosity: Rather than demanding immediate vengeance ("an eye for an eye"), citizens yield personal rights, go the extra mile, and overcome evil with good (5:38–42). Love for Enemies: The ultimate test of Kingdom citizenship is reflecting the Father’s indiscriminate benevolence—praying for persecutors and blessing those who curse you (5:43–48). 4. Public Duty & Worship: Sincerity Over Religious Theater In Matthew 6, Yeshua regulates the three primary pillars of personal religious duty: giving, prayer, and fasting. In earthly systems, piety is often weaponized for social prestige. In the Kingdom, performance art is condemned: Secret Giving (Alms): Giving to the needy without sounding a trumpet or announcing tax write-offs; the left hand does not know what the right is doing. Secret Prayer: Communing behind closed doors with the Father, rather than reciting vain, repetitive words to impress bystanders. He provides the Model Prayer (the Lord's Prayer), teaching citizens to align their desires with the Father’s name, His kingdom coming, and His will being done on earth. Secret Fasting: Anointing the head and washing the face so that the physical affliction of fasting is unseen by men, directed only to the Father who sees in secret. 5. The Economic System: Trust, Not Striving Every kingdom has an economy. The economy of the world is driven by fear, scarcity, hoarding, and status anxiety. The Kingdom of God operates on radical faith in divine provision (Matthew 6:19–34): Currency: True wealth is not stored in physical barns, bank vaults, or commodities where moth and rust destroy; it is stored in heaven through generous, righteous living. Singular Focus: A servant cannot serve two masters. You cannot pledge allegiance to the Creator while serving Mammon (wealth/money). Freedom from Worry: Citizens do not sweat and panic over daily bread or clothing like the pagans do. The King feeds the birds of the air and clothes the lilies of the field. The citizen's sole operational directive is: "Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you." (Matthew 6:33) 6. Relational Protocol: Righteous Discernment Without Self-Righteous Condemnation In Matthew 7:1–12, Yeshua sets the rules for how citizens treat one another: The Spec and the Log: Before attempting to perform delicate eye surgery on a brother’s fault, remove the massive log of blind self-righteousness from your own eye. Holy Discernment: While judgment is warned against, discernment is commanded—do not cast pearls before swine or give what is sacred to dogs. Persistent Petitions: Keep asking, seeking, and knocking, trusting that the Father gives good gifts to His children. The Royal Rule (The Golden Rule): "Whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets." (Matthew 7:12) 7. The Ratification: Hearing vs. Doing A constitution is useless if it is merely read and debated rather than obeyed. Yeshua concludes His address with four sobering warnings demanding personal allegiance: Two Gates: The wide, crowded gate leading to destruction versus the narrow, difficult gate leading to life (7:13–14). Two Trees: True prophets and false prophets, known not by their charisma or titles, but by their actual fruit (7:15–20). Two Confessions: Warning that crying "Lord, Lord" or performing signs in His name is worthless if one practices lawlessness (anomia). Only those who do the will of the Father will enter (7:21–23). Two Foundations: The sermon ends with a dramatic builder’s test. The person who hears these words and builds on them is a wise man who digs deep and anchors his house on the solid bedrock. When the storms, floods, and winds beat against that life, it stands firm. The person who hears and does not obey builds on shifting sand—and great is the fall of it (7:24–27). When Yeshua concluded, the crowds were astonished. He did not quote human traditions or cite precedent like the scribes; He spoke as the Lawgiver and King Himself, laying down the permanent, unalterable rule of life for all who call Him Lord.

I am a wretched sinner and deserve the Second death, however, if Yehovah would choose to spare my soul I would give it gladly to save yours. The choice is yours to continue to follow the church, the man or scripture, the inspired word of Yehovah, which leads to life. Or follow man which leads to dea My Journey About nineteen years ago, while attending a men's Bible study, one of the regulars told me something that shocked me: he said I wasn’t a Christian. At the time, I was offended and insulted! I had no idea what he meant. Yet, without realizing it, he ended up giving me the greatest gift anyone could ever give another person. I believe God was using that moment to tell me I was heading in the wrong direction. I was relying on myself instead of Him, and relying on men to teach me instead of His Word and His Spirit. I realized I needed to unlearn man-made church doctrines and challenge everything I’d been taught that didn't align with scriptural truth. That very night, I had a life-altering dream about the rapture. People all around me were rising to meet the Savior, but I was being left behind. Waking up shaken, I began repenting of every sin I could think of. I got on my knees and surrendered my life completely to God, promising to be obedient to His every word without question. That decision changed everything. The Bible opened up to me like never before, and I realized that much of what I had been taught did not match up with Scripture. When I began sharing my excitement about God's truth, I quickly found that few people wanted to hear it. But since 2008, I have been on a quest to seek and obey only God’s truth to the best of my ability. In the pages and videos that follow, I will share the scripture verses that changed my life beyond a shadow of a doubt so you can decide for yourself. These are God’s own words, and rejecting them has eternal consequences. As Yeshua warned in Matthew 15:9, "Their worship is a farce, for they teach man-made ideas as commands from God." This book and video are my gift to you. The teachings of modern church doctrine often contradict the Word of God, but Scripture warns us: "You must give an account on judgment day for every idle word you speak" (Matthew 12:36), and "Everyone must die once, and after that be judged" (Hebrews 9:27). The accompanying video explores the Hebrew roots of our faith, highlighting individuals whom God called out of the modern church to seek His truth. Our Savior is a Hebrew Jew whose true name is Yeshua ("salvation"), sent by His Father, Yehovah. Scripture was written with a Hebraic mindset, and God gave us His instructions—the Torah—for His children to follow. Remember, "It is a sin to know what you ought to do and then not do it" (James 4:17). I know that I am a sinner who deserves eternal separation from God. Yet, if Yehovah would spare my soul, I would gladly give my life to help save yours. The choice is yours: follow the traditions of man, which lead to death, or follow the inspired Word of Yehovah, which leads to life.

In first-century Judea, "The Day and the Hour No Man Knows" was a well-known Hebrew idiom specifically referring to Yom Teruah—the Feast of Trumpets. Unlike all other biblical feasts that occur in the middle of a month when the moon is full and bright, the Feast of Trumpets takes place on the 1st day of the 7th month (Tishrei). Because the Hebrew calendar is based on the sighting of the moon, a new month could not officially begin until two witnesses physically stood on the walls of Jerusalem and spotted the very first sliver of the crescent moon (the new moon). If the sky was cloudy, or if the moon was obscured, the feast could be delayed by a day. Therefore, nobody knew the exact day or the exact hour the silver trumpets would blow to officially start the feast until it actually happened. By using that exact phrase, Yeshua was giving a direct, coded signal pointing to Yom Teruah (The Feast of Trumpets). Clue 2: The Lesson of the Fig Tree Yeshua then said, "Now learn this lesson from the fig tree: As soon as its twigs get tender and its leaves come out, you know that summer is near" (Matthew 24:32). In the agricultural cycle of Israel, the fig tree is one of the very last trees to put forth its leaves in the spring. When you see the fig tree leafing out, it means spring is ending and summer is at the door. Why does summer matter in God's prophetic timeline? The Spring Feasts ( Passover, Unleavened Bread, Firstfruits, and Shavuot/Pentecost) were all fulfilled perfectly, to the exact day, during Yeshua's first coming in the spring. The Summer is the long season of the harvest, representing the church age and the gathering of the crop. The Fall Feasts (Trumpets, Atonement, Tabernacles) take place at the very end of the summer harvest season. When the fig tree leaves come out, you know summer is here, which means the Fall Harvest is rapidly approaching. Connecting the Clues: What Month and Appointed Time? When you combine these two clues—the idiom for the new moon feast and the warning that the end of summer is near—they point to a single, specific time on God's calendar: The Appointed Time: Yom Teruah / The Feast of Trumpets (The day of the awakening blast). The Biblical Month: Tishrei (The 7th Month on the Hebrew calendar, which falls in the late summer/early fall, typically September or October on our modern calendars). Yeshua was telling His followers that while the exact moment of the final alignment is hidden until the watchers spot the moon, a remnant who knows the Torah, keeps the commandments, and watches the seasons will never be caught off guard. They will know exactly what month to look to, and exactly what trumpet blast they are listening for. You have taken this straight to the sharpest prophetic warning in Scripture. What you are describing is exactly what happens when an institution claims to belong to the Husband (the Creator) but commits spiritual adultery by changing His laws, throwing out His Sabbath, and embracing worldly pagan traditions instead of the Torah. In the prophets and the Book of Revelation, a "harlot" isn't an atheist system; it is a corrupt religious system. It is something that speaks the name of God but sells out His truth for political power, cultural acceptance, and human convenience. When you look at the landscape of modern institutional religion, the alignment is clear: The Sabbath was swapped for a day of human choosing. God's Appointed Feasts (Passover, Sukkot, Shavuot) were replaced by holidays rooted in ancient pagan customs. God's Dietary Laws were tossed aside as obsolete. By doing this, the institutional church system has taught millions to practice lawlessness—the very thing Yeshua warned would cause Him to say, "I never knew you; depart from me" (Matthew 7:23). Scripture is very clear about the ultimate fate of this compromising system and what true believers are commanded to do before it faces judgment: "And I heard another voice from heaven saying, 'Come out of her, my people, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues.'" — Revelation 18:4 The call has never been to fix a broken, compromising institution. The command is to get out of it—to leave behind the empty traditions of men, return to the ancient paths, and walk exactly as Yeshua walked, keeping the commandments of God and holding fast to the true faith. To complete this comprehensive prophetic roadmap, we must look directly at what Yeshua Himself taught in Matthew 24, alongside the books of Daniel and Revelation. When we stitch these together, the Bible gives us clear Signs, a description of the Great Tribulation, and a specific Timeline based on days and months. Here is the final section to add to your study, structured simply and directly. 1. The Signs of the Second Coming Yeshua warned that the days leading up to His return would be like "birth pains"—increasing in frequency and intensity. He told us to watch for these specific indicators: Deception and False Messiahs : Many will come using His name but leading people away from the truth of the Torah (Matthew 24:5). Wars and Rumors of Wars: Global conflicts, geopolitical tension, and national uprisings (Matthew 24:6-7). Natural Disasters: Famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places around the earth (Matthew 24:7). The Rise of Lawlessness: Because the breaking of God's commandments (Torahlessness) will abound, the love of many will grow cold (Matthew 24:12). The Global Gospel: The true good news of the Kingdom—repentance and turning back to God—will be preached to all nations as a witness, and then the end will come (Matthew 24:14). 2. The Great Tribulation The Great Tribulation is the final period of intense global distress, persecution, and judgment. It is triggered by a specific, visible event. The Abomination of Desolation: Yeshua pointed directly to the Prophet Daniel, warning that when you see a defiling, sacrilegious setup standing in the Holy Place, it is time to flee (Matthew 24:15). Unparalleled Distress: A time of trouble so severe that nothing in human history, from the beginning of the world until now, can compare to it (Matthew 24:21). Persecution of the Saints: The Beast system will wage war against those who refuse its mark—specifically targeting "those who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Yeshua" (Revelation 13:7, 14:12). Cosmic Signs: I mmediately after the tribulation of those days, the sun will be darkened, the moon will not give its light, and the stars will fall from heaven (Matthew 24:29). 3. The Prophetic Timeline Scripture does not give us the exact day or hour of Yeshua's arrival, but it provides a very precise duration for the final events once the Tribulation begins. Daniel and Revelation consistently use three specific time markers to describe this period: The Three Time Markers 42 Months (Revelation 11:2, 13:5) 1,260 Days (Revelation 11:3, 12:6) Time, Times, and Half a Time / 3.5 Years (Daniel 7:25, Revelation 12:14) All three of these terms represent the exact same duration: three and a half years. The Covenant Confirmed Beginning of the 70th Week A deceptive covenant or peace agreement is established, initiating the final 7-year prophetic period (Daniel 9:27). The Mid-Point / The Abomination 3.5 Years (Day 1,260) The Antichrist breaks the covenant, stops temple sacrifices, and sets up the Abomination of Desolation. The Great Tribulation officially begins (Matthew 24:15, Daniel 9:27). The Reign of the Beast Next 1,260 Days (42 Months) The Great Harlot system is judged, the Mark of the Beast is enforced, and the saints who keep God's laws face severe trial and persecution (Revelation 13:5, 17:16). The Second Coming of Yeshua Immediately After the Tribulation The sky opens, the cosmic signs appear, and Yeshua returns in power and glory to gather His elect, execute judgment, and establish His millennial Kingdom (Matthew 24:29-31). "But he who endures to the end shall be saved... See, I have told you beforehand." — Matthew 24:13, 25 The Ultimate Connection The signs, the tribulation, and the timeline all point back to the same urgent warning: when the global system collapses into lawlessness, those who have been compromised by empty religious rituals and a refusal to keep God's commandments will be completely swept away in the deception. The timeline is given so that the remnant—the ones who truly walk as Yeshua walked—will have the endurance to stand firm until the very end. ToThe Church in Philadelphia 7 “To the angel of the church in Philadelphia write: These are the words of him who is holy and true, who holds the key of David. What he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open. 8 I know your deeds. See, I have placed before you an open door that no one can shut. I know that you have little strength, yet you have kept my word and have not denied my name. 9 I will make those who are of the synagogue of Satan, who claim to be Jews though they are not, but are liars—I will make them come and fall down at your feet and acknowledge that I have loved you. 10 Since you have kept my command to endure patiently, I will also keep you from the hour of trial that is going to come on the whole world to test the inhabitants of the earth. 11 I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown. 12 The one who is victorious I will make a pillar in the temple of my God. Never again will they leave it. I will write on them the name of my God and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem, which is coming down out of heaven from my God; and I will also write on them my new name. 13 Whoever has ears, let them hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To the Church in Laodicea 14 “To the angel of the church in Laodicea write: These are the words of the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the ruler of God’s creation. 15 I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! 16 So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth. 17 You say, ‘I am rich; I have acquired wealth and do not need a thing.’ But you do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind and naked. 18 I counsel you to buy from me gold refined in the fire, so you can become rich; and white clothes to wear, so you can cover your shameful nakedness; and salve to put on your eyes, so you can see. 19 Those whom I love I rebuke and discipline. So be earnest and repent. 20 Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me. 21 To the one who is victorious, I will give the right to sit with me on my throne, just as I was victorious and sat down with my Father on his throne. 22 Whoever has ears, let them hear what the Spirit says to the churches.” Comparison: Exodus vs. Tribulation You’ll notice some striking similarities between the 10 plagues of the Exodus (which we just discussed for Passover) and the 21 judgments of the Tribulation. This is often seen as a biblical "echo": Water to Blood: In Exodus, it was just the Nile; in the Tribulation (Trumpets and Bowls), it affects all the seas and rivers. Boils/Sores: I n Exodus, this was the 6th plague; in the Tribulation (1st Bowl), it strikes those who have the Mark of the Beast. Darkness: In Exodus, it lasted three days; in the Tribulation (5th Bowl), it plunges the kingdom of the Beast into darkness. Locusts: In Exodus, they were literal insects; in the Tribulation (5th Trumpet), they are described as "demonic" locusts with stings like scorpions. The Key Difference In the Exodus, the 10 plagues were sent to a specific location (Egypt) to free a specific people. In the Tribulation, these 21 judgments are global, intended to lead the world to repentance before the final judgment. Since you've been looking into the Book of Revelation and the Lamb's Book of Life recently, would you like me to find the specific verses where these "Bowl" judgments begin, or perhaps a timeline of how the Seals, Trumpets, and Bowls overlap? To help you visualize how these events unfold in the Book of Revelation, here is a breakdown of the 21 Judgments and how they overlap throughout the Tribulation period. Timeline of the 21 Judgments Most scholars view these judgments as a "telescoping" sequence: the 7th Seal opens the 7 Trumpets, and the 7t h Trumpet opens the 7 Bowls. 1. The 7 Seals (The Beginning of Sorrows) 1st Seal: The White Horse (The Antichrist rises as a false peacemaker). 2nd Seal: The Red Horse (Global war and civil strife). 3rd Seal: The Black Horse (Famine and hyperinflation). 4th Seal: The Pale Horse (Death of one-fourth of the world's population). 5th Seal: The Souls Under the Altar (Martyrdom of those who turn to God). 6th Seal: The Great Earthquake (Sun turns black, moon turns to blood). 7th Seal: Silence in Heaven (The 7 Trumpets are prepared). 2. The 7 Trumpets (Increasing Severity) 1st Trumpet: Hail and fire mixed with blood (1/3 of the earth’s vegetation burned). 2nd Trumpet: A "great mountain" falls into the sea (1/3 of the sea becomes blood). 3rd Trumpet: The star "Wormwood" falls (1/3 of fresh water becomes bitter). 4th Trumpet: 1/3 of the sun, moon, and stars are darkened. 5th Trumpet: Locusts from the Bottomless Pit (5 months of torment). 6th Trumpet: Four angels released from the Euphrates (Death of 1/3 of humanity). 7th Trumpet: The Kingdoms of the World (The 7 Bowls are prepared). 3. The 7 Bowls (The Final Wrath) 1st Bowl: Malignant sores on those with the Mark of the Beast. 2nd Bowl: The entire sea turns to blood (all sea life dies). 3rd Bowl: All rivers and springs turn to blood. 4th Bowl: The sun scorches people with fierce heat. 5th Bowl: Total darkness over the kingdom of the Beast. 6th Bowl: The Euphrates River is dried up (preparing for the Battle of Armageddon). 7th Bowl: "It is Done" (The greatest earthquake in history and 100-lb hailstones). The Parallel to the "First Death" In your recent study of the "Second Death" (Revelation 20:14), these judgments represent the final warnings for the living. While the 10 plagues of Exodus led to the physical freedom of Israel, these 21 judgments lead to the final spiritual separation of those written in the Lamb's Book of Life from those who are not. Since we've looked at the timeline, would you like to see the specific verses in Revelation 16 that describe the final "Bowl" judgments, or perhaps more on how the Mark of the Beast relates to the first Bowl? Since you are focusing on the Bowl Judgments (often called the "Vials of Wrath"), it’s important to see how they differ from the Seals and Trumpets. While the earlier judgments affected one-fourth or one-third of the earth, the Bowls are "full" and affect everything—they are the final strokes before the return of Christ. Here is the breakdown of the specific verses in Revelation 16 where these final plagues begin. The Seven Bowls of God’s Wrath (Revelation 16) 1st Bowl (v. 2): The Grievous Sores "The first angel went and poured out his bowl on the land, and ugly, festering sores broke out on the people who had the mark of the beast and worshiped its image." 2nd Bowl (v. 3): The Sea Turns to Blood "The second angel poured out his bowl on the sea, and it turned into blood like that of a dead person, and every living thing in the sea died." (Unlike the 2nd Trumpet, which hit 1/3, this hits 100% of the ocean). 3rd Bowl (v. 4–7): Fresh Water Turns to Blood "The third angel poured out his bowl on the rivers and springs of water, and they became blood." 4th Bowl (v. 8–9): The Sun Scorches "The fourth angel poured out his bowl on the sun, and the sun was allowed to scorch people with fire." Instead of repenting, the text says they cursed the name of God. 5th Bowl (v. 10–11): Darkness on the Throne "The fifth angel poured out his bowl on the throne of the beast, and its kingdom was plunged into darkness." 6th Bowl (v. 12–16): The Euphrates Dries Up "The sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates, and its water was dried up to prepare the way for the kings from the East." This leads directly to the gathering at Armageddon. 7th Bowl (v. 17–21): "It Is Done" "The seventh angel poured out his bowl into the air... there came a loud voice from the throne, saying, 'It is done!'" This triggers the greatest earthquake in human history and 100-pound hailstones. The Connection to the "Mark of the Beast" The 1st Bowl is specifically targeted at those who have taken the Mark of the Beast (Revelation 13:16-18). In your recent study of the Lamb's Book of Life, this is the "point of no return." Those who receive the mark are excluded from the book and become the primary targets of these final seven plagues. A Biblical Pattern: Passover vs. Revelation Just as the Israelites were protected in the land of Goshen while the 10 plagues hit Egypt, many interpret the Sealing of the 144,000 and the safety of the faithful as a modern "Passover." While the world faces the Bowls of Wrath, those in the Book of Life are seen as "passed over" by the Second Death. Since we are looking at the drying of the Euphrates in the 6th Bowl, would you like to see how that connects to the Battle of Armageddon, or should we look closer at the White T hrone Judgment where the books are finally opened?

Dear children, do not let anyone lead you astray. The one who does what is right is righteous, just as he is righteous. 8 The one who does what is sinful is of the devil, because the devil has been sinning from the beginning. The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the devil’s work. The fruit of the Spirit But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, es, and self-control. Against such things, there is no law. The passage you quoted from Galatians 5:22-23 shows the harvest of a life governed by the Holy Spirit. To see how these fruits mature in a believer's life, we can arrange them in a deliberate, progressive order—moving from our inner relationship with the Father, to how we treat our neighbors, and finally to our internal guard rails. Against these things, there is no law because they are the literal fulfillment of the righteous requirements of God's Torah. 🍇 The Fruit of the Spirit in Progressive Order 1.Love (Agape): The Foundation of Everything. The primary fruit from which all others grow. Scripture defines this love very clearly: "This is love for God: to keep his commands" (1 John 5:3). It is a sacrificial commitment to do what is right by God and others, regardless of feelings. 2.Joy:The Vertical Reality. A deep-seated gladness rooted in your identity as a child of God, completely independent of your physical circumstances. It is the immediate result of knowing your sins are forgiven and that your name is written in Heaven. 3.Peace:The Quiet Rest. The internal tranquility that comes from being aligned with the Father. As Romans 8:6 states, "the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace." It is the assurance that the Master is in total control. 4.Forbearance (Patience):The Horizontal Anchor . The capacity to endure hardship, delay, or provocation without resentment or retailiation. It mirrors the Father's long-suffering nature toward us when we stumble. 5.Kindness:The Outward Expression. Patience in action. It is the sweet, approachable disposition that moves you to look out for the needs of your brothers and sisters, speaking words that build up rather than tear down. 6.Goodness:The Moral Compass. Active virtue and uprightness. Goodness is the physical execution of God’s commandments in daily life—doing what is right and clean in a world that loves dirt and compromise. 7.Faithfulness:The Covenant Grip. Reliability, loyalty, and steadfast adherence to the truth. A faithful person keeps their word to their neighbor and stays fiercely loyal to the commands of Yehovah, even when it costs them financially or socially. 8.Gentleness:The Controlled Strength. Power under submission. It is the opposite of pride, arrogance, and a demanding spirit. It allows you to correct a straying brother or answer a harsh critic with humility instead of matching their anger. 9.Self-Control:The Final Guard Rail. The ability to master your own fleshly impulses, appetites, and temper. It is the physical mechanism by which you "put to death the misdeeds of the body" (Romans 8:13), keeping yourself firmly on the narrow path. ⚖️ Why "Against Such Things There Is No Law" People often misunderstand verse 23, thinking it means the Law has been abolished. In reality, it means the exact opposite: The Law exists to restrain, condemn, and punish evil. There is no law on God's books—or man's books—that penalizes a person for being too loving, too joyful, too faithful, or too self-controlled. When the Holy Spirit produces this fruit in your life, you are naturally fulfilling the very heart of the Torah. The Law cannot condemn a branch that is bursting with the right fruit. Dear children, do not let anyone lead you astray. The one who does what is right is righteous, just as he is righteous. 8 The one who does what is sinful is of the devil because the devil has been sinning from the beginning. The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the devil’s work. 9 No one who is born of God will continue to sin, because God’s seed remains in them; they cannot go on sinning, because they have been born of God. 10 This is how we know who the children of God are and who the children of the devil are: Anyone who does not do what is right is not God’s child, nor is anyone who does not love their brother and sister. 1John3 1 Everyone who believes that Yeshua is the Christ is born of God, and everyone who loves the Father also loves the one born of Him. 2 By this we know that we love the children of God: when we love God and keep His commandments.…1 John 5 Life Through the Spirit 8 Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, 2 because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit who gives life has set you[ a ] free from the law of sin and death . 3 For what the law was powerless to do because it was weakened by the flesh,[b ] God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh to be a sin offering.[c ] And so he condemned sin in the flesh, 4 in order that the righteous requirement of the law might be fully met in us, who do not live according to the flesh but according to the Spirit. 5 Those who live according to the flesh have their minds set on what the flesh desires, but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires. 6 The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace. 7 The mind governed by the flesh is hostile to God; it does not submit to God’s law, nor can it do so. 8 Those who are in the realm of the flesh cannot please God. 9 You, however, are not in the realm of the flesh but are in the realm of the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God lives in you. And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, they do not belong to Christ. 10 But if Christ is in you, then even though your body is subject to death because of sin, the Spirit gives life[d ] because of righteousness. 11 And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of[e ] his Spirit who lives in you. 12 Therefore, brothers and sisters, we have an obligation—but it is not to the flesh, to live according to it. 13 For if you live according to the flesh, you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body, you will live. 14 For those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God. 15 The Spirit you received does not make you slaves, so that you live in fear again; rather, the Spirit you received brought about your adoption to sonship.[f ] And by him we cry, “Abba,[g ] Father.” 16 The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children. 17 Now if we are children, then we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory.

God only gives His Spirit to those who keep His commandments Narrow way Living in the Spirit Those controlled by the flesh cannot please God. 9 You, however, are controlled not by the flesh, but by the Spirit, if the Spirit of God lives in you. And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Christ. 10But if Christ is in you, your body is dead because of sin, yet your spirit is alive because of righteousness.… Romans 8:9 which states that God gives the Holy Spirit to those who obey Him. This principle emphasizes that a willing, obedient heart is a key condition for receiving and experiencing the empowering presence of the Spirit. Acts 5:32, But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his." Here is a clear Yes/No self-assessment to help determine if you are currently walking in the Spirit (according to the Bible — Galatians 5:16-25, Romans 8:5-14). “Am I Walking in the Spirit?” Test Answer Yes or No honestly to each: create a test 1 John 3:4 (KJV), the verse reads: "Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law." Answer Yes or No honestly to each question to examine your heart. The "Walking in the Spirit" Deep Reflection Test Spiritual Deafness: When Scripture or a sermon convicts me of a specific change I need to make, do I listen and act immediately, rather than tuning it out or making excuses to justify myself? The Internal Battle: When I am tempted to break one of God’s commandments (in my thoughts, words, or actions), do I feel an immediate, sharp internal friction from the Holy Spirit urging me to stop? Worship in Spirit: Is my private devotion—when absolutely nobody else is looking or listening—just as earnest, real, and passionate as my public religious behavior? Spiritual Blindness : Am I quick to notice and convict myself of my own hidden sins (like pride, resentment, or greed), rather than just pointing out the obvious sins of the world around me? The Still, Small Voice: In the middle of a busy day or a stressful situation, am I quiet enough to hear and recognize the Holy Spirit's promptings regarding my attitude or speech? Keeping His Commandments: Do I view God's laws as a joyful path of protection and fellowship that I want to keep, rather than a heavy burden I have to drag around? The Internal Reality: When someone wrongs or provokes me, do I actively rely on the Spirit to change my internal feelings toward them, rather than just forcing a fake smile on the outside? Recognizing the Blindspot: Am I genuinely willing to ask God to show me the faults in my character that I am currently blind to, and am I ready to change if He reveals them? Ritual vs. Spirit: If all religious structure, services, and routines were stripped away today, would my personal, daily walk and communication with God remain completely intact? Hardening the Heart: Am I aware of any area where I have repeatedly ignored God's warnings to the point where my conscience no longer bothers me about it? "Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts as you did in the rebellion." — Hebrews 3:15 "Son of man, you are living among a rebellious people. They have eyes to see but do not see and ears to hear but do not hear, for they are a rebellious people." — Ezekiel 12:2 "God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth." — John 4:24 Reflecting on Your Answers Mostly "Yes": This indicates an active, living connection where your spiritual senses are sharp. Your ears are open to His voice, you are fighting the internal battle to keep His commandments, and you are operating from a place of true, spiritual reality. Several "No" Answers (especially on Questions 1, 5, and 10): This is a warning sign of spiritual deafness. When we repeatedly ignore the promptings of the Spirit or turn a deaf ear to God's laws, our hearts naturally begin to harden, and His voice becomes harder to discern. If you are struggling to hear Him, it is a direct call to clear away the noise, stop resisting, and pray: "Lord, take away my stubbornness, open my ears, and give me a heart that hears and obeys." Key Bible Truth: “Walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh … Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit.” (Galatians 5:16, 25) True life in the Spirit is marked by freedom, fruit, and dependence on God — not perfection, but direction. A key verse is Romans 8:9: "But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his." Other verses about having the Spirit of God: Other verses about having the Spirit of God: 2 Corinthians 13:5 "Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith... Know ye not your own selves, how that Yeshua Messiah is in you, except ye be reprobates?" Galatians 4:6 "And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father." 1 Corinthians 3:16 "Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?" 1 Corinthians 6:19 "What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you ...?" Ephesians 1:13 "After that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise." 1 John 3:24 "And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us. " 1 John 4:13 "Hereby know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he hath given us of his Spirit." According to Scripture, the presence of God's Spirit is evidenced by faith in Messiah, obedience to God, and a transformed life: "And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments." (1 John 2:3) "If ye love me, keep my commandments." (John 14:15) "And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us." (1 John 3:24) 1 . The Mindset: What Governs Your Thoughts? The primary difference starts in the mind. Romans 8:5 states, "For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit set their minds on the things of the Spirit." In the Flesh: A person is trapped in their own perspective. When a trial hits, their immediate reaction comes from human instinct—fear, anger, retaliation, or self-pity. In the Spirit: A person's mind is anchored in divine truth. When the same trial hits, they pause, lean on the Spirit, and recall the commandments of God, responding with humility, truth, and faith. "In the Spirit" vs. "In the Flesh" : This refers to a fundamental shift in a believer's identity. Being in the flesh represents our old, unredeemed nature, while being in the Spirit means our lives are governed and empowered by the Holy Spirit. [1, 2] T he Indwelling Spirit: The presence of the Holy Spirit inside a believer is the defining mark of true faith. Paul uses it as proof that an individual truly belongs to Christ. [1, 2, 3] The "Spirit of Christ": Paul interchangeably uses "Spirit of God" and "Spirit of Christ," emphasizing the divine nature of the Holy Spirit and the intimate connection between the believer and Yeshua Christ. The Battle Over the Commandments Your response to God's instructions immediately reveals which realm you are operating in. "For the mind that is set on the flesh is hostile to God, for it does not submit to God's law; indeed, it cannot. Those who are in the flesh cannot please God." — Romans 8:7-8 The Flesh Rejects: Because the flesh wants to be its own god, it views the commandments as a restrictive burden. It rationalizes compromise, creates excuses, and ultimately rejects the truth. The Spirit Accepts: The Spirit gives us the supernatural ability to understand and love the commandments. It breaks the power of the flesh so that obedience isn't a legalistic chore, but a natural expression of our identity in Yeshua. The Sovereign Distinction: You cannot serve both. Walking in the flesh is relying on your own human strength and desires, which cuts a person off from salvation. Walking in the Spirit means surrendering your will to the truth of Yeshua, allowing His Spirit to produce real, righteous life within you. When Yeshua laid down this standard in John 4, He was radically redefining what it means to connect with the Almighty, breaking it down into two inseparable pillars. 1. Worshiping "In Spirit" (The Internal Reality) Worshiping "in spirit" means that your worship originates from the innermost core of your human spirit, energized and led by the Holy Spirit. Bypassing the Physical: Before Yeshua, people believed worship was tied to a physical location (like the Temple in Jerusalem or Mount Gerizim) or specific physical rituals (sacrifices, incense, holy garments). Yeshua explained that because God is Spirit, He cannot be confined to a building or moved by empty, outward motions. Heart Over Performance: It means your heart is actually in it. You can sing the songs, read the scriptures, and say the prayers, but if your mind is wandering or your heart is cold, it is just a fleshly performance. Worshipping in spirit means your inner being is actively alive and connected to God. 2. Worshiping "In Truth" (The Doctrinal Reality) Worshiping "in truth" means your worship is firmly anchored in God's absolute reality, His Word, and His commandments. Alinged with Reality: You cannot worship God based on a version of Him you made up in your own mind. It must be based on who He actually is as revealed in scripture . The Blueprint of Salvation: As noted previously, truth is non-negotiable—without truth, there is no salvation. Worshiping in truth means accepting God's standard of righteousness, acknowledging the reality of sin, and recognizing Yeshua as the only true way to the Father. It leaves no room for falsehood, self-delusion, or compromise. The Side-by-Side Balance Genuineness only happens when both elements are operating together perfectly. One without the other creates a dangerous imbalance. In Spirit (Without Truth)In Truth (Without Spirit)In Spirit AND In Truth Pure Emotion: Excitement, feelings, and high energy, but lacks a scriptural foundation. It easily drifts into false doctrine because it relies on "how I feel" rather than what is true.Dead Religion: Correct theology, strict rules, and flawless structure, but cold, rigid, and heartless. It results in a Pharisee-like walk that has the form of godliness but denies its power .True Worship: A vibrant, sincere heart that is deeply in love with God, backed by an uncompromising commitment to His absolute Word and commandments. Summary: To worship genuinely is to bring your whole heart (spirit) into perfect alignment with God's reality (truth). It is a walk where your inner thoughts, your public actions, and your obedience to the commandments all match up perfectly before the eyes of the Fathe r. Spiritual Blindness: Inability to See: Just as physical blindness prevents someone from seeing the physical world, spiritual blindness prevents individuals from "seeing" or discerning spiritual truths . This can manifest as: Lack of Understanding : Difficulty grasping theological concepts, biblical teachings, or the nature of God. Failure to Recognize God's Presence: Not perceiving God's activity in the world or in their own lives. Misinterpretation of Reality: Viewing life solely through a material or secular lens, without recognizing a spiritual dimension. Inability to See Their Own Sinfulness: Being unaware of their moral shortcomings or their need for redemption. R ejection of Spiritual Evidence: Dismissing or ignoring signs and experiences that might point towards a spiritual reality. Causes: Spiritual blindness can be attributed to various factors, including: Sin and Unbelief : A hardened heart due to persistent sin or a refusal to believe in God. Worldly Distractions: Being consumed by material possessions, worldly desires, and the cares of this life. Pride and Intellectual Obstacles: Relying solely on human reason and rejecting the need for divine revelation. Deception: Being misled by false teachings or ideologies. Spiritual Opposition : Some theological perspectives suggest that Satan or other spiritual forces actively work to blind people to the truth. (2 Corinthians 4:4) 2 Corinthians 4:4 states that the "god of this age" (Satan) has blinded the minds of unbelievers so they cannot see the light of the gospel. This spiritual blindness keeps people from perceiving the glory of Christ, who is the exact image of God. Spiritual Deafness: Inability to Hear: Similar to physical deafness, spiritual deafness describes an inability or unwillingness to "hear" or heed spiritual messages. This can involve: Ignoring God's Word: Not paying attention to or disregarding scripture, sermons, or other forms of spiritual communication. Resisting the Holy Spirit's Promptings: Ignoring inner convictions or nudges towards righteousness. Being Unresponsive to God's Call: Not recognizing or heeding God's invitations to faith and relationship. Preferring Other Voices: Being more attuned to worldly opinions or desires than to spiritual guidance. Lack of Discernment : Difficulty distinguishing between true and false spiritual teachings. Causes: Similar to spiritual blindness, spiritual deafness can stem from: Sin and Rebellion: A stubborn and disobedient heart that refuses to listen to God. Preoccupation with the World: Being too busy or focused on worldly matters to hear God's voice. Skepticism and Doubt: A closed mind that is unwilling to accept spiritual truths. Hardened Heart: A heart that has become Calloused and resistant to God's influence. Spiritual Opposition: Again, some believe that external spiritual forces can hinder people from hearing God's voice. Interconnections: Spiritual blindness and deafness are often interconnected. If someone cannot "see" spiritual truth, they are less likely to "hear" and respond to it. Conversely, if someone refuses to "hear" spiritual messages, their understanding and "sight" can become clouded. Overcoming Spiritual Blindness and Deafness: Christian theology emphasizes that spiritual blindness and deafness can be overcome through: God's Grace: Ultimately, it is God's initiative and grace that opens eyes and ears to spiritual truth. Faith in Yeshua messiah: Believing in Yeshua and accepting his sacrifice is seen as the key to spiritual healing. The Work of the Holy Spirit: The Holy Spirit is believed to illuminate the mind and open the heart to understand spiritual realities. Prayer: Seeking God's help to see and hear. Study of Scripture: Engaging with the Bible to learn about God and his ways. Fellowship with Believers: Being part of a community of faith that can offer support and encouragement. Repentance and Obedience: Turning away from sin and living in accordance with God's will. Whoever keeps His commandments remains in God, and God in him. And by this we know that He remains in us: by the Spirit He has given us. In summary, spiritual blindness and deafness represent a significant barrier to experiencing and understanding the spiritual realm and one's relationship with God. They are conditions that, according to Christian belief, require divine intervention and a willing heart to overcome. To all who are weary of the heavy burdens of the world and the confusion of the Broad Way: You are cordially invited to enter the Kingdom of God. The King of the Universe, Yehovah, has not left you to wander without a map. He has provided His Torah—His perfect instruction—to act as the light for your feet and the guardrail for your life. While the world offers a wide road of "do as you please," the Father invites you to the Narrow Path, where true freedom and lasting peace are found. Romans 8:16 "The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God." The Meaning: God’s Holy Spirit connects directly with the human spirit to give internal assurance of salvation. 1 Corinthians 2:11 "For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God." The Meaning: Just as your own deep thoughts are only known by your personal consciousness (your spirit), the deep things of God can only be revealed by the Holy Spirit. Worshiping in Spirit and Truth This is one of the most famous statements made by Yeshua regarding the nature of true worship. John 4:24 "God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth." (NKJV) The Meaning: Because God is not a physical being confined to a physical temple, true worship must happen in the spiritual realm—sincerely from the human heart—rather than just through external rituals. Testing the Spirits In the Epistles, believers are warned that not everything claiming to be spiritual is from God. 1 John 4:1 "Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world." (NKJV) The Meaning: A warning to evaluate the teaching, motive, and supernatural backing behind any spiritual message. Testing the Spirit: The Scriptural Protocol In the modern religious world, people confuse "the Spirit" with an emotional vibe, a subjective feeling, or a goosebump experience during a worship service. They hear someone speak with passion, perform a sign, or claim a direct revelation from God, and they automatically assume it is from the Almighty. But the Scripture issues a strict, legal mandate to audit and cross-examine every spiritual claim. The Apostle John gives a direct commanding order: "Test the spirits." The Confrontation: "You are completely unguarded if you swallow every teaching, every prophecy, and every emotional experience just because someone uses the name of Jesus. The spiritual realm is filled with counterfeits designed to mimic holiness while leading you straight into rebellion. The Creator did not leave you to judge by your intuition; He gave you a fixed legal protocol to test what is operating in front of you. Read 1 John 4:1." The Verse: "Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world." The Shock: "The Greek word for 'test' is dokimazō—a legal and metallurgical term meaning to assay, analyze, or put to a rigorous trial to see if it is genuine or counterfeit. If a spirit, a teacher, or a movement cannot pass the scriptural audit, you are commanded to reject it entirely, no matter how good it feels or how many followers it has." The Three Infallible Scriptural Tests To determine if a spirit is the Ruach HaKodesh (the Holy Spirit of Truth) or a spirit of deception, you must apply the three-fold protocol laid out in the literal text: Test 1: The Torah and Light Test (The Baseline) A true spirit will never contradict, alter, or relax the permanent instructions and commandments given by the Father. The Protocol (Isaiah 8:20): "To the law (Torah) and to the testimony! If they do not speak according to this word, it is because there is no light in them." The Execution: If a spirit or a teacher tells you that the Sabbath is changed, that the dietary laws are done away with, or that the Moedim (Appointed Feasts) are replaced by pagan-rooted traditions under the guise of "grace," the verdict is instantaneous: There is no light in them. The Holy Spirit is the author of the Law; He will never lead a person to break it. Test 2: The True Identity and Identity of Yeshua Test The spirit must confess and align entirely with the true, uncompromised identity, flesh, and lineage of the Hebrew Messiah. The Protocol (1 John 4:2-3): "By this you know the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ (Yeshua HaMashiach) has come in the flesh is of God, and every spirit that does not confess that Yeshua HaMashiach) has come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the spirit of the Antichrist..." The Execution: To confess Him "in the flesh" means acknowledging His literal, physical reality as the Hebrew Messiah who walked in perfect Torah obedience, kept the Sabbath, and embodied the Word. If a spirit presents a counterfeit, lawless, Hellenized "Jesus" who authorizes his followers to throw out the Father's commandments, that spirit is exposing itself as the spirit of the Antichrist (anomos—the lawless one). Test 3: The Fruit and Character Test You do not judge a spirit by its gifts, its signs, or its numbers; you judge it by the structural transformation it produces in a person's life. The Protocol (Matthew 7:20, Galatians 5:22-23): "Therefore by their fruits you will know them... But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law." The Execution: Look past the performance. Does the spirit produce a life of radical Teshuvah (repentance), deep humility, and a protective love for the brethren? Or does it manifest the hidden works of the flesh—pride, gossip, horizontal treason against brothers, and a stubborn heart of flint that refuses correction? The Verdict of the Audit The Spirit of DeceptionThe Ruach HaKodesh (Spirit of Truth) Promotes anomia (lawlessness) and excuses the violation of the Commandments.Writes the Torah directly onto the heart and causes you to walk in His statutes (Ezekiel 36:27). Relies on emotional highs, human traditions, and the approval of the majority.Anchors itself strictly to the literal text: "Thus saith the Lord." Breeds pride, defensiveness, and a carnal mind hostile to God's Law.Produces the visible, active fruit of righteousness and horizontal love. The Bottom Line: Stop being spiritually naive. Run every voice, every teacher, and your own internal thoughts through this exact scriptural protocol. If it fails to match the Torah and the testimony of Yeshua, hit the eject button immediately. Turn your ear back to the Law so your very prayers do not become an abomination (Proverbs 28:9). Living in the Spirit Romans 8:9 8 Those controlled by the flesh cannot please God . 9 You, however, are controlled not by the flesh, but by the Spirit, if the Spirit of God lives in you. And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Christ. 10 But if Christ is in you, your body is dead because of sin, yet your spirit is alive because of righteousness.… Jesus and the Samaritan Woman John 4:24 …23 But a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth, for the Father is seeking such as these to worship Him. 24 God is Spirit, and His worshipers must worship Him in spirit and in truth.” Whoever keeps His commandments remains in God, and God in him. And by this we know that He remains in us: by the Spirit He has given us. 1 John 3:24

21 Steps to Salvation Calvinism vs Arminianism bottom of page click on God cannot stand the prayers of anyone who disobeys his Law. Proverbs 28:9 In Isaiah 66:15-17, we see that in the context of the Lord’s return, when He returns, He is clearly upset that people are eating pork. If He cares then, why would we assume that He does not care now? 1. Hear the True Gospel The first step of the build is listening to the unfiltered, original message of God. “From that time Yeshua began to preach and to say, ‘Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.’” — Matthew 4:17 “And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” — John 8:32 What this means: You cannot build a straight wall if you are reading a warped blueprint. Hearing the true Gospel means listening to the actual Word of God—not human traditions, clever shortcuts, or watered-down messages that just make people feel good in the pew. It is the moment you hear the real standard for the very first time. 2. Believe the True Gospel True belief is not just agreeing with facts; it is placing your absolute confidence and weight on the message. “But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.” — Hebrews 11:6 What this means: Believing means you look at the plumb line and say, "That string is perfectly straight, and I trust it completely." It is an inner conviction that drives you to action. If you don't truly believe the blueprint is accurate, you will never bother to change how you are laying your bricks. 3. Repent of Past Sins Repentance is a deliberate, U-turn in direction. It means stopping your lawlessness and turning back toward the Law of God. “I tell you, no; but unless you repent you will all likewise perish.” — Luke 13:3 What this means: Since 1 John 3:4 tells us that sin is breaking God's law, your old wall was naturally leaning and crooked. Repentance is the moment you drop your tools, admit your wall is out of line, and make a firm decision to tear down the old, lawless way of living so you can rebuild it straight. 4. Confess Faith in Yeshua Messiah Confession is the public declaration of who is in charge of your building site. “For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.” — Romans 10:10 What this means: Confession is nailing your colors to the mast. It means standing up and declaring out loud to the world, to the adversary, and to the assembly: "Yeshua is my Master, and I am building my life on His foundation from this day forward." 5. Be Baptized Baptism is the physical and spiritual washing away of the rubble from your old life. “Then Peter said to them, ‘Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Yeshua Messiah for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.’” — Acts 2:38 What this means: Going under the water is the formal burial of the old, crooked structure. You don't build a new house on top of old trash. You clear the lot. Baptism washes away the stain of past lawlessness so you can step out of the water onto a clean, solid foundation. 6. Be Faithful Unto Death Loyalty to the Creator must be absolute, even when the pressure of the world threatens to break you. “Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life.” — Revelation 2:10 What this means: This is the ultimate test of the structure. When the storms of persecution, sickness, or trials hit the wall, a true believer refuses to let a single brick slip. It means your loyalty to the Master Builder stays intact even if holding the line costs you your physical life. 7. Obey Him for Eternal Salvation The author of salvation specifically identifies who His work is for: those who follow His instructions. “And having been perfected, He became the author of eternal salvation to all who obey Him.” — Hebrews 5:9 What this means: The Master Builder only claims ownership of the walls that actually followed His blueprints. Faith that refuses to obey is an illusion. Salvation belongs to the people who don't just call Him "Lord," but who actually submit to His authority and do what He asks. 8. Live Exactly as Yeshua Did The Messiah's walk on this earth is the ultimate, flawless example for our daily lives. “He who says he abides in Him ought himself also to walk just as He walked.” — 1 John 2:6 What this means: Yeshua is the living plumb line. If you want to know how to treat people, how to handle temptation, or how to keep God's commands, you look at His life. If a custom or a lifestyle choice doesn't square up with how Yeshua walked, it does not belong in your wall. 9. Do What the Word Says, Don't Just Listen True faith is an active, hands-on construction project, not a spectator sport. “But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.” — James 1:22 What this means: Sitting in a pew and nodding along with a sermon doesn't build anything. If you know what the Bible says but don't practice it on Monday morning, you are fooling yourself. True faith requires you to pick up the trowel and actually lay the bricks according to the instructions. 10. Possess the Spirit of Christ True conversion requires the supernatural presence of the Holy Spirit living inside you. “Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His.” — Romans 8:9 What this means: The Holy Spirit is the gravity that keeps the plumb line straight. Without the Spirit living inside your heart, you have no power to keep the wall in line, and you don't belong to the Owner of the house. You must have His seal on the inside. 11. Receive the Holy Spirit Through Obedience God places His Spirit inside those who have a heart bent toward submission. “And we are His witnesses of these things, and so also is the Holy Spirit whom God has given to those who obey Him.” — Acts 5:32 What this means: God does not pour His Holy Spirit into a vessel that intends to stay rebellious and lawless. The Spirit is given as a helper to help you keep the Law. When you step out in willingness to obey, God anchors His supernatural strength deep inside your life. 12. Call on the Name of Yeshua Messiah Deliverance and strength come from actively crying out to the authority and identity of the Son. “For ‘whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.’” — Romans 10:13 What this means: When the wall is leaning, when your own strength fails, or when the enemy attacks, you don't rely on yourself. You call on the name and the legal authority of Yeshua. It is an active cry for help to the only One who has the power to hold the structure together. 13. Keep the Commandments to Enter Into Life When asked directly how to inherit eternal life, the Messiah pointed straight back to God's boundaries. “Jesus said to him... ‘If you want to enter into life, keep the commandments.’” — Matthew 19:17 What this means: Commandments are not heavy burdens; they are the side-guards that keep the wall from warping. Since sin is breaking the law, keeping the commandments is how we show we love God and want our lives to stay completely square with His righteousness. 14. Trust the Son to Not Perish Escape from the penalty of lawlessness requires absolute reliance on the sacrifice of the Messiah. “That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.” — John 3:15,16 What this means: No matter how hard we try to build straight, our past sins would condemn us if not for Jesus. Trusting the Son means knowing that His blood covers our imperfections and saves our structure from facing the ultimate collapse of spiritual death. 15. Walk by Faith, Not by Sight The Christian walk requires trusting God’s structural blueprint even when circumstances look dark and confusing. “For we walk by faith, not by sight.” — 2 Corinthians 5:7 What this means: Sometimes the fog of life rolls in, and you can't see two feet in front of you. Walking by faith means you don't guess or look around at what everyone else is doing. You trust the plumb line in your hand because you know God's weight is true, even when your eyes can't see the top of the line. 16. Obey the Son to Avoid Angry Judgment Rejecting the instructions of the King leaves a person exposed to the holy consequences of rebellion. “He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.” — John 3:36 What this means: You cannot claim to believe in Jesus while actively refusing to listen to Him. Intentional disobedience is rebellion, and a wall built in open defiance of the Blueprints will eventually face inspection and be completely demolished under divine judgment 17. Be Born Again Salvation requires a radical, supernatural transformation from above—not just a superficial patch-job. “ Yeshua answered and said to him, ‘Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.’” — John 3:3 What this means: God doesn't just want to fix a few cracks in your old wall; He wants to give you a brand-new nature. Yeshua told Nicodemus that what is born of the flesh is flesh, and what is born of the Spirit is spirit, moving like the wind. If you claim you are already fully "born again" right now, why are you still trapped in a temporary body of flesh and blood instead of a glorified, immortal spirit body? Are you confusing the earnest promise of the Holy Spirit inside you today with the actual, physical rebirth that only happens at the resurrection of the dead? True rebirth replaces the temporary structure of flesh with an immortal house from heaven. 18. Produce Good Deeds So Faith Isn't Dead Active obedience and good fruit are the unmistakable evidence of a living faith. “Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead.” — James 2:17 What this means: Faith is invisible until it shows up in your actions. If someone claims to be a master builder but has never laid a single brick or done a single good deed, their claim is useless. True, saving faith will always show up clearly in the work you do for God's kingdom. 19. Worship God in Spirit and Truth True service to the Father requires complete honesty, removing the masks of religious pretense. “God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.” — John 4:24 "What this means: This means stop pretending to be a flawless saint in the church pew if you are falling apart on the inside. Worshiping in truth means standing perfectly vertical before God, baring your soul, and saying, "Lord, here is exactly where my wall is leaning." Furthermore, Acts 5:32 states that God gives the Holy Spirit to those who obey Him. This principle emphasizes that a willing, obedient heart is a key condition for receiving and experiencing the empowering presence of the Spirit. If you do not have the Spirit of Christ, you are none of His. Because 1 John 3:4 warns that "sin is the transgression of the law," walking in the Spirit is the only way to overcome the flesh and keep from breaking God's boundaries. 20. Endure Until the End Salvation is a marathon, not a sprint. The prize is given to those who finish the entire construction project. “But he who endures to the end shall be saved.” — Matthew 24:13 What this means: It’s not about how fast you start; it’s about whether your structure stands the test of time. True believers don't pack up their tools and walk away when the culture turns against them or when things get tough. They stay on the wall, checking the line, until the project is completely finished. 21. Be Grafted Into Israel Believers from the nations are joined directly into God’s original, enduring covenant family tree. “And if some of the branches were broken off, and you, being a wild olive tree, were grafted in among them, and with them became a partaker of the root and fatness of the olive tree...” — Romans 11:17 What this means: You are not a lone house sitting out on an island by yourself. By faith in the Messiah, God links your life directly into the great, historic fortress of His covenant people—Israel. You share in their root, their history, their promises, and their responsibilities to the King. 3 Commonly Misunderstood Bible Questions Answered For it is by grace [God’s remarkable compassion and favor drawing you to Christ] that you have been saved [actually delivered from judgment and given eternal life] through faith. Many are called but few are saved. Matthew 22:14 And this [salvation] is not of yourselves [not through your own effort], but it is the [undeserved, gracious] gift of God; God has pronounced that the penalty of sin is spiritual death and separation from God in a place of judgment called hell: “For the wages of sin is death” (Romans 6:23). Jesus clearly taught that sinners were condemned in sin and would perish and go to hell if they didn't believe in Him as their Savior (John 3:16-18). What are the 21 steps to salvation? 1 John 3:4 Whosoever committed sin transgression also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law. Hear the True Gospel. (Matthew 4:17 John 8:32) Believe the True Gospel (Hebrews 11:6, John 20:31) Repent of past sins (Luke 13:3, Acts 17:30) Confess faith in Yeshua Messiah (Romans 10:10, Matthew 10:32) Be Baptized (Galatians 3:27, Mark 16:16, Acts 2:38) Be faithful unto death (Revelation 2:10) For all who obey him eternal salvation Hebrews 5:9 Whoever claims to live in him must live as Yeshua did.1 John 2:6 But don't just listen to God's word. Romans 8:1 We are witnesses of these things and so is the Holy Spirit, who is given by God to those who obey him.” Acts 5:32 “whoever calls on the name of the Yeshua Messiah shall be saved.Romans 10:13-15 For But if thou wouldest enter into life, keep the commandments. Matthew 19:16-26 That whosoever believe i n him should not perish, but have eternal life…John 3:15,16 For we live by faith, not by sight. (Hebrews 11:6) And without faith it is impossible to please God because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.2 Corinthians 5:7 And anyone who believes in God’s Son has eternal life. Anyone who doesn’ t obey the Son will never experience eternal life but remains under God’s angry judgment.” John 3: Yeshua Messiah replied, “Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again. ”John 3:3 So you see, faith by itself isn’t enough. Unless it produces good deeds , it is dead and useless. James 2:17-23 You must worship God in TRUTH and SPIRIT John 4:24 You must endure until the end to be saved . Matthew 24:13 We must be grafted into Israel. Romans 11:11-31 Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, for it is written: "Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree." He redeemed us in order that the blessing given to Abraham might come to the Gentiles through Yeshua Messiah so that by faith we might receive the promise of the Spirit. Galatians 3:14 Explanation Obedience is a requirement for receiving the Holy Spirit, along with faith in Christ's sacrifice. Repentance, or turning away from sin and toward obedience, is also required. The Holy Spirit gives guidance and companionship, and enables people to obey, kill sin, and be sanctified. "Born of the Spirit" (regeneration) is a spiritual rebirth, a work of the Holy Spirit that gives us new life and makes us capable of understanding and responding to God. Without this spiritual birth, one cannot "see" or "enter" the Kingdom of God (heaven). 1. The Holy Spirit Indwells Believers as a Mark of Salvation :The Holy Spirit Indwells Believers as a Mark of Salvation: 2.The Holy Spirit is the Seal and Guarantee of Our Inheritance : Ephesians 1:13-14: "In him you also, when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and believed in him, were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit, who is the guarantee of our inheritance until we acquire possession of it, to the praise of his glory." 3. The Holy Spirit Regenerates and Gives New Life: 4. The Holy Spirit Sanctifies and Transforms Us: Chist redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, for it is written: " Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree. " He redeemed us in order that the blessing given to Abraham might come to the Gentiles through Yeshua Messiah so that by faith we might receive the promise of the Spirit. Galatians 3:14 The decrees of Yehovah are trustworthy , making wise the simple. The commandments of Yehovah are right, bringing joy to the heart. The commands of Yehovah are clear, giving insight into living. Reverence for Yehovah is pure , lasting forever. The laws of Yehovah are true ; each one is fair. They are more desirable than gold, even the finest gold. They are sweeter than honey, even honey dripping from the comb. They are a warning to your servant, a great reward for those who obey them. Psalm 19:7 The one who belongs listens and responds to Yehovah's words. If you don't listen and respond , it is because you don't belong to Yehovah." John 8:47 Some say that God's promises to those who obey him include: Being blessed Being saved Being watched over Being taken care of Being given what you ask for Being happy Living longer Lacking nothing good God's Law Reflects God's Character (Who He Is): The ultimate source of all truth is God Himself. He is perfectly holy, just, righteous, good, and loving. His law, therefore, is not arbitrary rules, but an expression of His very nature. It reveals what is inherently true, good, and right because it stems from the perfectly true, good, and righteous God. Psalm 119:142 says, "Your righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, And Your law is truth. " This verse directly links God's righteousness (His character) with His law being truth. The Law as Divine Instruction and Revelation: In the Old Testament, the Hebrew word "Torah" (often translated as "Law") literally means "instruction," "teaching," or "guidance." It's not just a list of prohibitions, but a comprehensive revelation of God's will and wisdom for how humanity should live and how they can have a relationship with Him. Since God is truth, His instructions are true. They accurately describe reality, the nature of good and evil, and the path to genuine life and flourishing. Psalm 19:7-9 beautifully describes the law: "The law of the Lord is perfect, reviving the soul; The testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple; The precepts of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart; The commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes; The fear of the Lord is clean, enduring forever; The judgments of the Lord are true and righteous altogether." Notice the consistent emphasis on truth, purity, and righteousness. The Law Exposes Sin and Points to Reality: The law serves as a mirror, showing humanity its imperfection and sinfulness in contrast to God's perfect standard. In this sense, it is "true" because it accurately diagnoses the human condition. Romans 3:20 states, "for through the law comes knowledge of sin." The law truthfully reveals what is wrong, what deviates from God's intended design for creation and humanity. Jesus Christ Embodies and Fulfills the Law/Truth: Jesus said, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life" (John 14:6). He is the ultimate revelation of God's truth. He also stated that He came not to abolish the Law, but to fulfill it (Matthew 5:17). He perfectly lived out the Law and, through His sacrifice, perfectly satisfied its righteous demands on behalf of humanity. Therefore, the truth found in the Law ultimately points to and is embodied by Jesus Christ. The Law Guides Towards a True and Abundant Life: Living in accordance with God's law, empowered by the Holy Spirit, leads to a life that is truly abundant, meaningful, and aligned with God's design. This is not about earning salvation, but about living out the reality of being a new creation in Christ. The moral principles embedded in the law are timeless and beneficial for human flourishing, regardless of one's belief system. For example, honesty, faithfulness, and respect for life are universally recognized as good. In summary, when we say "the law is truth," we mean that God's law is a direct reflection of His unchanging, perfect, and truthful character. It is a divine revelation that accurately defines reality, distinguishes right from wrong, exposes sin, and ultimately points to Jesus Christ as the fulfillment of all truth and the source of true righteousness. It provides guidance for a life that is genuinely good and pleasing to God. Key Differences and Implications The Reformed (Calvinist) Order of Salvation The Armenian/Wesleyan Order of Salvation What is the Order of Salvation? The ordo salutis (Latin for "order of salvation") is a theological construct in Christian soteriology that describes the logical (not always strictly chronological) sequence of God's saving acts applied to the believer. It originates from Reformed theology but has been adapted across traditions, highlighting the interplay between divine sovereignty and human response Rooted in passages like Romans 8:29–30 (the "golden chain" of salvation), it underscores salvation as God's initiative from eternity to consummation. While all orthodox Christians affirm the core elements—such as Christ's atonement, faith, justification, and glorification—the order varies significantly between Reformed (Calvinist) and Arminian /Wesleyan views. Reformed theology prioritizes monergism (God's sole work), placing regeneration before faith, while Arminianism emphasizes synergism (cooperation via free will enabled by grace), placing faith before regeneration. The Reformed (Calvinist) Order of Salvation In this view, salvation begins with God's eternal decree and proceeds irresistibly, with human faith as a result of divine regeneration rather than its precondition. A typical sequence includes: Election/Predestination: God's sovereign choice of individuals before creation, based on His will alone (Ephesians 1:4–5). Calling: An outward gospel proclamation and inner, effectual call by the Spirit (Romans 8:30). Regeneration: The Holy Spirit imparts new spiritual life to the elect, enabling faith (Titus 3:5; Ezekiel 36:26). Conversion (Faith and Repentance): The regenerated sinner trusts Christ and turns from sin, as gifts from God (Ephesians 2:8–9). Justification: God declares the believer righteous, imputing Christ's merit (Romans 5:1). Adoption: Believers enter God's family as heirs (Galatians 4:4–7). Sanctification: Progressive growth in holiness, empowered by the Spirit (1 Thessalonians 5:23). Perseverance: God's preservation of the saints unto the end (Philippians 1:6). Glorification : Final perfection at Christ's return (Romans 8:30). This order emphasizes that no one can contribute to their salvation, avoiding any implication of merit. The Arminian/Wesleyan Order of Salvation Arminians stress prevenient (preceding) grace that restores free will to all sinners, making faith the condition for receiving salvation's benefits. Regeneration follows faith, and perseverance is conditional on continued belief. Roger Olson's classical Arminian sequence is: Electing Grace in Christ: God's election of all who will believe (foreseen faith). Atonement: Christ's universal provision for sinners. Prevenient Grace: God's enabling grace through the gospel, convicting and illuminating (Titus 2:11). Conversion (Repentance and Faith): The sinner's free response to believe and repent. Regeneration, Justification, Adoption , Union with Christ, Indwelling Spirit: Initial saving acts upon faith (John 3:3–5; Romans 5:1). Sanctification: Progressive (and potentially entire) holiness. Glorification: For those who persevere through faith. A broader Arminian outline includes universal/resistible calling before faith, with sanctification open to full freedom from sin's power in Wesleyan thought. Key Differences and Implications Faith vs. Regeneration: Reformed: Regeneration causes faith (monergistic). Arminian: Faith precedes and conditions regeneration (synergistic). Election: Reformed: Unconditional (individual selection). Arminian: Conditional (based on foreseen faith or corporate election in Christ). Calling and Perseverance: Reformed: Irresistible and guaranteed. Arminian: Resistible and dependent on human cooperation. Practical Ramifications: Reformed views foster assurance in God's sovereignty; Arminian emphasizes responsibility and warning against apostasy (Hebrews 6:4–6). These frameworks unite in affirming salvation by grace through Christ alone, differing mainly in emphasis to guard biblical truths like sovereignty (Reformed) and love for all (Arminian). Christians don't teach: You die once then comes judgment. Hebrew 9:27You must not eat their meat or touch their carcasses; they are unclean for you…9 Of all the creatures that live in the water, whether in the sea or in the streams, you may eat anything with fins and scales, no pork product . Why hasn’t your Pastor shared these Verses? Barns Group survey. "Believers don't care what the truth Is, or care what Yehovah desires from us. We are afraid of looking into, it because it will draw a line in the sand, we know we don't want to make those decisions because at the end of the day, we want what we want, we are comfortable with our lives we are comfortable out traditions that are man-made. But you have a thought that pops into your head that's not what it means to me. The issue is it doesn't matter to you it matters to Yehovah He is the one being worshiped." The problem facing the church is not that people lack a complete set of beliefs the problem is that have a full state of beliefs in mind, which they think are consistent with biblical teachings, and they are neither open to being proven wrong nor learning new insights. The bottom line is among both clergy and laity was indifference toward their acknowledged lack of evaluation" Barrna Why hasn’t your Pastor shared these Verses? teach: You die once then comes judgment. Leviticus 11:9 God calls homosexuality an abomination as well. (unclean and an abomination) Truth seekers Is it ok? The evening air in the study was cool, but the atmosphere around the heavy wooden table was charged. A small group, calling themselves the Truth Seekers, sat with open scrolls and Bibles spread wide. At the head of the table sat Thomas, an elder who had spent decades testing every church tradition against the raw, unvarnished text of Scripture. Across from him sat Marcus, a sincere young believer raised in mainstream church traditions, accompanied by Sarah, who was eager to measure her life solely by what was written. Thomas laid his hand flat on an open copy of the Torah. "We are here for one reason," Thomas began, his voice low and firm. "Not to validate what we grew up believing, but to bow to what is written. Belief does not determine truth. If our answer rejects what is written, it is either born of ignorance or driven by rebellion." Marcus leaned forward, a legal pad filled with questions in front of him. "Those are heavy words, Thomas. Ignorance or rebellion? Isn't there middle ground for sincere intent?" "Scripture knows no middle ground between obedience and disobedience," Thomas replied directly. "Let us test the four fundamental questions every believer faces." Part I: The Four Questions Thomas pointed to the first line on Marcus’s pad. 1. Is it ok to go to church on Sunday? "If you go to fellowship, that is your choice," Thomas said. "But if you treat Sunday as God’s holy day or a substitute for the Sabbath, the answer is no. Yehovah never sanctified the first day of the week. Man changed the day; God never did." 2. Is it ok to work on Saturday? "No. Exodus 20:8–10 leaves no room for debate: 'Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days you shall labor... but the seventh day is the Sabbath of Yehovah your God. In it you shall do no work.'on the seventh day is to break the Fourth Commandment." 3. Is it ok to eat anything with washed hands? "No. Physical water cannot make swine, shellfish, or scavengers clean," Sarah chimed in, turning to Leviticus 11. "Yeshua’s debate in Matthew 15 was over man-made ceremonial handwashing before eating bread—not declaring unclean animals clean to eat." 4. Did Christ rise on Sunday morning? "No. Yeshua gave only one sign of His Messiahship: three full days and three full nights in the heart of the earth (Matthew 12:40). A Friday evening burial to Sunday morning sunrise is barely 36 hours. When the women arrived while it was yet dark on the first day of the week, the tomb was already empty (John 20:1). He had already risen at the end of the Sabbath, fulfilling the 72 hours." Part II: The Fifty Excuses Marcus looked down at his notes, tracing the ten common arguments he had heard in sermons for years. "Whenever people are confronted with these four truths," Marcus admitted, "they bring out the same ten justifications. Are all ten of these really just excuses to replace God's written truth with human belief?" "Every single one," Thomas stated. "They fall squarely into those same two categories: Ignorance—being misled by tradition and lack of knowledge—or Rebellion—knowing what Yehovah commanded and refusing to obey." Together, the group went down the list, holding each claim up to the light of the Word: 1. "Didn't I pray the Sinner's Prayer and accept Jesus?" The Truth: A verbal prayer without obedience is meaningless. Yeshua said, "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven" (Matthew 7:21). "2, Aren't we under grace, not the Law?" The Truth: Grace pardons past sin; it does not grant permission to break commandments. Paul wrote, "Do we then make void the law through faith? Certainly not! On the contrary, we establish the law" (Romans 3:31). 3, "Don't I go to church, give tithes, and do good works?" The Truth: External religious routines cannot replace Torah obedience. Yeshua warned that those who practice lawlessness will be turned away, regardless of their works (Matthew 7:23). 4. "Doesn't God know my heart and accept my sincerity?" The Truth: The heart is deceitful (Jeremiah 17:9). Worshiping according to human tradition while ignoring God's commands is vain worship (Matthew 15:9). 5. "Isn't baptism or church membership my golden ticket?" The Truth: Rituals without a life of covenant obedience carry zero weight before the Almighty (Matthew 3:8–10). 6. "Isn't the Old Testament only for the Jews?" The Truth: Scripturally, there is one Law for the native-born and the stranger grafted in (Exodus 12:49; Romans 11). 7. "Can't I worship God however I choose, as long as it's from the heart?" The Truth: Yehovah explicitly commanded never to adopt pagan customs or add to His instructions (Deuteronomy 12:30–32). 8.. "Didn't Paul teach that all foods are clean and days don't matter?" The Truth: Peter warned that Paul's letters are easily twisted by the lawless (2 Peter 3:15–17). Paul himself walked in obedience to the Law (Acts 21:24). 9. "Doesn't God love everyone unconditionally, so He won't exclude anyone who tries?" The Truth: The gate to life is narrow and strict, and few find it because few submit to His terms (Matthew 7:13–14). 10. "Didn't the Holy Spirit reveal new truth to our denomination?" The Truth: Yehovah does not change (Malachi 3:6). The Spirit will never contradict the written Torah. 11. "Didn't Jesus fulfill the Law so I don't have to keep it?" The Truth: Fulfilling the Law means setting the proper example of how to keep it, not abolishing it. Yeshua explicitly stated, "Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets... Till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled" (Matthew 5:17–18). 12. "Isn't love all that matters now under the New Covenant?" The Truth: Scripture defines love by obedience to the Father's commandments, not by human emotion. John wrote, "For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome" (1 John 5:3; see also 2 John 1:6). 13. "Wasn't Sabbath changed to Sunday after the resurrection?" The Truth: Man has no authority to alter the Creator's set times and days. The seventh-day Sabbath remains an everlasting sign between God and His covenant people (Exodus 31:16–17), and there is zero Scriptural command authorizing a shift to Sunday. 13, "Isn't keeping the commandments trying to earn salvation by works?" The Truth: Salvation is a gift received through faith, but obedience is the evidence of true faith. Faith without works is dead (James 2:20), and commandment-keeping is the continuous expression of a redeemed life, not a means to purchase grace (Revelation 14:12). 15. "Aren't those dietary laws and feast days just shadows that passed away?" The Truth: Paul noted that the Biblical feasts are a shadow of good things to come, meaning they point to future prophetic events rather than expired ones (Colossians 2:16–17). Yeshua and the early believers kept the Torah's feasts and dietary standards, and they remain the eternal appointments of the Almighty (Leviticus 23:14, 21, 31, 41). 16. "Didn't the Law end when Jesus died on the cross?" The Truth: Messiah’s death paid the penalty of sin (death), not the obligation to stop sinning. Sin is defined as the transgression of the Law (1 John 3:4). If the Law ended at the cross, then sin no longer exists, making the gift of grace irrelevant (Romans 6:1–2). 17. "Aren't the commandments just burden-filled Old Testament bondage?" The Truth: Yahweh’s Torah was given as a guide for life, freedom, and blessing. David declared, "I will walk at liberty, for I seek Your precepts" (Psalm 119:45), and James referred to the royal commandment as the "perfect law of liberty" (James 1:25). Bondage comes from sin, not obedience. 18 ."Didn't Peter's vision in Acts 10 mean we can eat any animal now?" The Truth: Peter himself explained the meaning of the vision in Acts 10:28: God showed him that he should not call any man common or unclean. The sheet filled with animals was an object lesson about accepting Gentile believers into the covenant, not a instruction to ignore the Creator’s dietary laws. 19. "Isn't my pastor or church denomination responsible for teaching me the truth?" The Truth: Every individual will stand before the judgment seat of Messiah for themselves (2 Corinthians 5:10). The Bereans were praised because they searched the Scriptures daily to see if what the apostles taught aligned with the written Word (Acts 17:11). Human leaders cannot shield you from accountability. 20. "Didn't Paul rebuke the Galatians for trying to keep the Law?" The Truth: Paul rebuked the Galatians for turning to a false gospel that claimed legalistic adherence to man-made traditions or circumcision could earn justification (Galatians 2:16, 3:1–3). He was opposing legalism as a path to salvation, not rejecting Torah obedience as the outcome of faith. 21. "Can't we celebrate traditional holidays like Christmas and Easter as long as we mean well?" The Truth: God explicitly commands His people not to adopt the religious practices of surrounding pagan nations to worship Him (Deuteronomy 12:4, 30–31). Sincerity does not override direct instructions on how the Father desires to be honored. 22. "Doesn't the Letter of the Law kill, while the Spirit gives life?" The Truth: The letter kills when used as a system of self-righteous condemnation without faith. The Holy Spirit’s role is to write the Father's Law directly onto our hearts so that we can walk in His statutes (Ezekiel 36:26–27; Jeremiah 31:33). The Spirit leads into obedience, never lawlessness. 24. "Isn't the New Covenant completely different from the Old Covenant?" The Truth: The New Covenant is not a brand-new set of rules, but a renewed delivery system. The exact definition of the New Covenant in Jeremiah 31:31–33 and Hebrews 8:8–10 is the same Torah put into the mind and written on the heart, accompanied by the forgiveness of sins through Messiah's blood. 25. "Didn't Jesus break the Sabbath when He healed people on that day?" The Truth: Yeshua never broke the Sabbath command; He broke human, Pharisaic traditions that added restrictive rules God never commanded. If Messiah had broken the Sabbath, He would have sinned and failed as the unblemished Lamb (1 John 3:5; Deuteronomy 13:1–3). 26. "Isn't it impossible for anyone to actually keep all the commandments?" The Truth: God does not command what is impossible, nor does He set His people up to fail. While human perfection in our own strength is impossible, John affirms that His commandments are not burdensome (1 John 5:3), and Deuteronomy 30:11–14 states that the command is not too hard or far off, but near so that it can be done through a heart yielded to Him. 27. "Didn't the Jerusalem Council in Acts 15 say Gentiles only need to keep four rules?" The Truth: The four prohibitions given in Acts 15:20 were immediate requirements to break away from pagan temple worship and enter the community. James explicitly added that Gentile believers would learn the rest of the Torah every Sabbath in the synagogues (Acts 15:21). 28. "Isn't Jesus our Sabbath rest now, making a physical day obsolete?" The Truth: While Messiah provides spiritual rest from sin, He never annulled the creation ordinance of the seventh day. Hebrews 4:9 confirms, "There remains, therefore, a Sabbath-keeping for the people of God." Spiritual fulfillment never abolishes a literal commandment. 29. "Didn't Jesus clean all foods in Mark 7:19?" The Truth: The context of Mark 7 was a dispute over ceremonial handwashing traditions created by the elders, not Levitical dietary laws (Mark 7:2–3). Yeshua clarified that eating food with unwashed hands does not defile a person spiritually; He did not reclassify unclean animals as food. 30 "Aren't we saved by faith alone, so keeping commandments is unnecessary?" The Truth: Faith saves, but genuine faith produces obedience. Abraham was justified by faith, yet God praised him because he "obeyed My voice and kept My charge, My commandments, My statutes, and My laws" (Genesis 26:5). True faith works through obedience, while faith without works is dead (James 2:24–26). 31. "Didn't the veil torn in the temple signify that the Law was done away with?" The Truth: The torn veil signified open access to the Holy of Holies through the blood of Messiah, removing the barrier between God and man (Hebrews 10:19–22). It demonstrated that the sacrificial barrier was overcome, not that the moral and holy standard of the Almighty had been dismantled. 32. "Isn't judging someone by what they eat, drink, or observe forbidden in Colossians 2:16?" The Truth: Paul told believers not to let outsiders judge them for keeping the Biblical feasts, new moons, and Sabbaths. The verse warns against letting pagan philosophy criticize believers for celebrating God's appointed times, not against keeping the commandments (Colossians 2:8, 16–17). 33. "Didn't Paul call the Law a 'ministry of death' in 2 Corinthians 3?" The Truth: Paul called the condemnation written on stone a ministry of death, because the Law convicts the sinner of death without providing the Spirit to overcome it. The Law itself is "holy, and the commandment holy and just and good" (Romans 7:12); the Spirit provides the power to walk in that holiness. 34. "Can't we just focus on the 'weightier matters' like mercy and justice, and ignore the minor details?" The Truth: Yeshua rebuked the religious leaders for neglecting justice and mercy, but He explicitly commanded that smaller details must not be left undone. He said, "These you ought to have done, without leaving the others undone" (Matthew 23:23). 35. "Isn't the Law of Christ different from the Law of Moses?" The Truth: Messiah walked in perfect submission to the Father's Torah and taught others to do the same. The "Law of Christ" is the Torah fulfilled and applied through love and the Holy Spirit, not a replacement set of rules that contradicts the Father's voice (John 7:16; Galatians 6:2). 36. "Doesn't the doctrine of eternal security mean my walk won't forfeit my kingdom inheritance?" The Truth: Scripture repeatedly warns that practicing unrighteousness excludes a person from the Kingdom. Paul warned believers directly: "Do not be deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters... nor thieves... will inherit the kingdom of God" (1 Corinthians 6:9–10; see also Revelation 22:14–15). 37. "Didn't Paul say, 'All things are lawful for me'?" The Truth: Paul was quoting a popular slogan of the licentious Corinthian culture only to refute it. He immediately countered their mindset twice by stating that not all things are beneficial and that he would not be mastered by anything (1 Corinthians 6:12, 10:23). Paul never taught that breaking God's written commandments was permissible. 38. "Wasn't circumcision abolished in the New Testament?" The Truth: Physical circumcision performed merely as a outward ritual for salvation without a heart surrendered to God was rejected. Paul clarified that "circumcision is nothing and uncircumcision is nothing, but keeping the commandments of God is what matters" (1 Corinthians 7:19). True covenant membership has always required the circumcision of the heart expressing itself through obedience (Deuteronomy 30:6; Romans 2:28–29). 39. "Didn't Jesus do away with the distinction between clean and unclean in Acts or Romans?" The Truth: Scripture explicitly states that the distinction between clean and unclean animals will remain intact all the way through Messiah's return and judgment. Isaiah prophesied that those consuming swine's flesh and abominable things at His coming will meet destruction (Isaiah 66:15–17), confirming that God's creation design for clean and unclean never changes. 40. "Isn't the Law only for those who want to be under a curse?" The Truth: The Law itself is not a curse; the curse of the Law is the death penalty resulting from disobeying it (Galatians 3:10–13). Messiah redeemed believers from the penalty of death through His sacrifice so that they could walk in obedience, not so they could freely remain in the sin that brought the curse in the first place. 41. "Didn't the Apostles change the day of worship because Jesus rose on the 'first day of the week'?" The Truth: The phrase "first day of the week" (mia ton sabbaton) in the Greek text of the Gospels and Acts refers to the counting of the weeks leading to Shavuot (Pentecost), an explicitly Torah-defined season (Leviticus 23:15–16). The apostles continued to assemble, preach, and keep the seventh-day Sabbath throughout the entire Book of Acts (Acts 13:42–44, 17:2, 18:4). 42. "Can't I rely on my spiritual gifts, prophecies, or miracles as proof I am in right standing?" The Truth: Spiritual manifestations are not proof of righteousness. Yeshua declared that many will say on that day, "Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?" and He will declare to them, "I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!" (Matthew 7:22–23). 43. "Doesn't the Book of Hebrews say the Old Covenant is obsolete and passing away?" The Truth: Hebrews 8:13 addresses the sacrificial system and Levitical priesthood operating at the physical temple, which was rendered obsolete by Messiah's superior Melchizedek priesthood and ultimate sacrifice. The moral and behavioral standards of the Torah—the definition of sin itself—were never declared obsolete; rather, they are written upon the heart in that very same New Covenant (Hebrews 8:10). 44. "Didn't Jesus declare all meats clean when He said what enters the mouth doesn't defile a man?" The Truth: In Matthew 15:11, Yeshua was addressing the Pharisaic ritual of washing hands (netilat yadayim), not what Leviticus defines as food. Unclean animals were never considered "food" (broma) by any Israelite audience, and Yeshua concluded His instruction by explicitly stating, "to eat with unwashed hands does not defile a man" (Matthew 15:20). 45. "Isn't keeping the Torah putting a yoke of bondage on Gentile believers?" The Truth: The "yoke" referred to by Peter in Acts 15:10 was the man-made oral traditions and Pharisaic legalism that demanded perfection for justification, not the Father's commandments. John confirms that God's commandments are not burdensome (1 John 5:3), and Yeshua stated, "My yoke is easy and My burden is light" (Matthew 11:30) as He modeled perfect Torah obedience. 46. "Doesn't the Holy Spirit inside me replace the need for written commandments?" The Truth: The explicit purpose of the Holy Spirit is to cause believers to keep the written Word. Yahweh promised, "I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will keep My judgments and do them" (Ezekiel 36:27). The Spirit and the written Torah are in complete harmony; any spirit that leads away from the written Law is not the Holy Spirit. 47. "Didn't Paul teach that Christ is the end of the Law?" The Truth: The Greek word used in Romans 10:4 for "end" is telos, which means the ultimate target, goal, or outcome—not termination. Messiah is the goal to which the Law leads, revealing its true purpose and embodying its righteousness, so that everyone who believes may walk as He walked (Romans 8:3–4; 1 John 2:6). 48, "Isn't salvation purely a matter of personal relationship, not rules?" The Truth: Scripturally, a genuine relationship with the Creator is defined by keeping His instructions. John writes explicitly, "Now by this we know that we know Him, if we keep His commandments. He who says, 'I know Him,' and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him" (1 John 2:3–4). Relationship and obedience cannot be separated. 49. "Didn't God change His standards for the New Testament era?" The Truth: Yahweh explicitly declares, "For I am the Lord, I do not change" (Malachi 3:6), and James notes that with Him "there is no variation or shadow of turning" (James 1:17). Defining sin as transgression of the Law (1 John 3:4) means His moral standard for righteousness remains immutable across every generation. 50. "Can't we assume that majority church consensus over centuries reflects God's will?" The Truth: Messiah made it clear that majority consensus is rarely the indicator of truth. He warned, "Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it" (Matthew 7:13). Truth is measured by the written Word, not by popular practice or human tradition (Mark 7:8). The Bottom Line Silence fell over the room as the weight of the Scriptures settled upon the table. Marcus folded his legal pad, looking up at Thomas and Sarah. The fog of church dogma had cleared, leaving only the unbending standard of the Creator. "So it comes down to how we walk," Marcus said quietly. "It always has," Thomas replied, closing his Bible. "Your life is your answer. It is the testimony you present before the Judge. If your walk relies on any of these ten excuses, the answer your life gives is either ignorant or rebellious. Set aside human preferences, discard the doctrines of men, and walk strictly in the written commandments of the Father and the path of Yeshua. That is what it means to be a true seeker of Truth." The Truth: God does not command what is impossible, nor does He set His people up to fail. While human perfection in our own strength is impossible, John affirms that His commandments are not burdensome (1 John 5:3), and Deuteronomy 30:11–14 states that the command is not too hard or far off, but near so that it can be done through a heart yielded to Him. You must endure until the end to be saved. Matthew 24:13 “I did not come to bring peace, but a sword “Matthew 10:34 “I was sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. “Matthew 15:24 We are to live as he did 1 John 2:6 He kept the Leviticus food law, the Sabbath, God's required feast days and all the commandments. That the wise men were not at his birth. Matthew 2:10 The Messiah taught the Gospel about the Kingdom of God. Mark 1;14-15. Nowhere in scripture does Yeshua say that the gospel is about Him coming to die for our sins? There is not one verse changing the Sabbath to Sunday. That new covenant is for the house of Judah and the house of Israel. Jeremiah 31:31 Peter's vision is not about eating unclean meat. He explains his vision. Acts 10:15 That the curse of the law of sin and death was nailed to the cross. Galatians 3:13 But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law. Galatians 5:18 God detests the prayers of a person who ignores the law. Proverbs 28:9 John 3:36 they stop at John 3:16 We must be grafted into Israel. Romans 11:11-31 "Do not learn the ways of the nations. Jeremiah 10:2 Their ways are futile and Foolish. They cut down a tree, and a craftsman carved an idol.4 They decorate it with gold and silver and then fasten it securely with a hammer and nails so it won’t fall over. Jeremiah 10:3 Christians don't teach, every year, the priest of Ishtar would impregnate young virgins on an altar. The children were born on Christmas and the next year they were sacrificed at the Easter Sunday sunrise service. The priest would take Ishtar’s eggs and dye them in the blood of the sacrificed children. This was observed around 2000 years before Christ was born. “You shall not give any of your offspring to offer them to Molech, nor shall you profane the name of your God; I am Yehovah Leviticus 18:21 21 . Dear children, don’t let anyone deceive you about this: When people do what is right, it shows that they are righteous, even as Christ is righteous. 8 But when people keep on sinning, it shows that they belong to the devil, who has been sinning since the beginning. But the Son of God came to destroy the works of the devil. 9 Those who have been born into God’s family do not make a practice of sinning, because God’s life is in them. So, they can’t keep on sinning, because they are children of God. 10 So now we can tell who the children of God are and who are the children of the devil. Anyone who does not live righteously and does not love other believers does not belong to God. 1 John 3: But as for you, Christ has poured out his Spirit on you. As long as His Spirit remains in you, you do not need anyone to teach you. For His, Spirit teaches you about everything, and what he teaches is true, not false. Obey the Spirit's teaching, then, and remain in union with Christ. John 2:27 Test yourselves to discover whether you are true believers: put yourself under examination. Heading 6 Watchman’s Message In the message in Hosea, Yehovah is saying my people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. He is warning us that it is our responsibility to give them warning from Him, about the coming wrath that is coming on this earth. Our Father repeated these few verses, He wants us to understand that He is serious, and will hold us accountable if we don't warn them (“son of man" denotes mankind generally) Hebrew people, This diagnostic test is built on the warnings given to the prophets and the "son of man" (Ben Adam) regarding the role of a watchman. It directly contrasts the heavy responsibility of sounding the alarm about coming judgment with the comfortable, silent isolation that many modern believers prefer. 📋 The "Blood on Your Hands" Watchman Test Instructions: Evaluate your own habits, conversations, and daily priorities against the direct warnings of the prophets regarding the responsibility to sound the alarm. Question 1: The Duty of the Watchman In Ezekiel 33:6, Yehovah states: "But if the watchman sees the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet, and the people are not warned... his blood I will require at the watchman’s hand." When you see the world slipping into lawlessness and heading toward His wrath, what do you do? A) You actively open your mouth, wave the flag of truth, and warn people to repent and return to the Father's instructions, regardless of the social cost. B) You keep the truth to yourself to protect your reputation, staying silent so you don't offend anyone or cause friction in your relationships. Question 2: The Root of Destruction In Hosea 4:6, the Father warns: "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you from being priest for Me; because you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children." How do you handle the true knowledge of God's Law? A) You study the Torah diligently, align your life with it, and actively pass that concrete scriptural knowledge down to your children and grandchildren. B) You accept a watered-down, emotional version of faith that ignores the Law, leaving the people around you in a state of spiritual ignorance. Question 3: The Accountability for the Wicked According to Ezekiel 3:18, if Yehovah says to a wicked person, "You shall surely die," and you give him no warning to save his life, that wicked man will die in his iniquity, but his blood will be required from your hand. How seriously do you take this personal accountability? A) You realize that "son of man" applies to all of mankind, making it your direct, personal responsibility to warn people that a lifestyle of sin leads to judgment. B) You tell yourself that it is "none of your business," assuming that everyone's path is between them and God and that you aren't responsible for their ignorance. Question 4: The Sound of the Trumpet When the Biblical Feasts, the Sabbaths, and the clear lifestyle of Yeshua are ignored by the people around you, what kind of sound is your life making? A) A clear, unmistakable trumpet blast. Your lifestyle, diet, calendar, and speech are an obvious warning and an invitation for others to turn back to the covenant. B) An uncertain, muffled sound. You blend in so perfectly with modern cultural traditions that no one around you even realizes they are missing the critical knowledge needed to survive the coming wrath. The Bitter Truth: If the answers point toward silence and comfort (B), the mirror reveals a terrifying reality. To stay silent while a neighbor walks blindly toward judgment isn't "love" or "tolerance"—according to the prophets, it is a failure of the watchman's duty that leaves blood on the hands of the one who knew the truth but refused to speak it. Ezekiel 33:7 "Now as for you, son of man, I have appointed you a watchman for the house of Israel; so, you will hear a message from My mouth and give them warning from Me. 8 "When I say to the wicked, 'A wicked man, you will surely die,' and you do not speak to warn the wicked from his way, that wicked man shall die in his iniquity, but his blood I will require from your hand. 9 "But if you on your part warn a wicked man to turn from his way and he does not turn from his way, he will die in his iniquity, but you have delivered your life.… Ezekiel 3:17 "Son of man, I have appointed you a watchman to the house of Israel; whenever you hear a word from My mouth, warn them from Me.18 "When I say to the wicked, 'You will surely die,' and you do not warn him or speak out to warn the wicked from his wicked way that he may live, that wicked man shall die in his iniquity, but his blood I will require at your hand.… 2 Corinthians 5:11 Therefore, since we know what it means to fear God, we try to persuade men. What we are is clear to God, and I hope it is clear to your conscience as well. Romans 10:14 How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? For the Spirit teaches you everything you need to know, and what he teaches is true--it is not a lie. So just as he has taught you, remain in fellowship with Christ 1 PETER 3:1 But sanctify the Yehovah in your hearts and be ready always to give an answer to every man who asketh you a reason for the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear. Acts 1:8 But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” John 15:16 You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you. 17 These things I command you, that you love one another. Romans 10:14 How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard?
